The eaglefit pull-up bars are popular training equipment for training with your own body weight, Hiit, for climbers, boulderers, and strength athletes alike. With the length-adjustable attachment strap, you can slowly learn to do pull-ups by initially adjusting the strap long enough to rest your heels on the ground and perform backward rowing movements. If you are still untrained, we recommend our latex band. This supports you with approx. 30 to 50 kg (depending on strength) exactly at the point where it is most difficult to pull yourself up: When your arms are almost fully extended.
