For concrete or stone, use the Fischer DUOPOWER nylon dowels and Fischer screws included in the delivery. Fastening to suitable wooden beams is also possible with the screws.

How to attach the Sling Trainer!

For example, simply attach the eaglefit® Sling Trainer professional to the O-ring using the attachment strap:

Pull the loop of the attachment strap through the O-ring and pass the entire Sling Trainer through the resulting tab.

By pulling hard on the Sling Trainer, you tighten the loop - similar to a tie knot.
