Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, France, Austria, Italy, Netherlands.
Shipping costs(including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat rate of € 4.90 per order for shipping costs (except for forwarding goods - will be requested on a daily basis).
Free shipping from an order value of € 50.
International shipping:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad at a flat rate (except for forwarding goods - will be requested on a daily basis) as follows:
Austria: 10,90 €
Belgium: 13,90 €
France: 13,90 €
Italy: 13,90 €
Netherlands: 13,90 €
Free shipping from an order value of € 1,000.
Delivery times
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
