Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, France, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland (up to max. 1.000,- € value of goods).

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs up to a value of goods of 50,- € flat rate of 4,90 € per order. From 50,- € value of goods the shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs to foreign countries as follows:

Austria: 10,90 €
Belgium: 13,90 €
Italy: 13,90 €
France: 13,90 €
Netherlands: 13,90 €
Poland: 13,90 €
Switzerland (up to max. 1.000,- € value of goods): 15,90 €

Delivery times

In the case of goods designed individually according to the customer's wishes, the preparation of the proof is carried out within 3-5 days after the conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods within 7 days after the release of the proof (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany will be made within 1 - 3 days, for international deliveries within 2 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
