Nordic Walking
Nordic walking is exercise in the fresh air. Targeted use of poles trains the upper and lower body, coordination and endurance skills. The body adjusts to fat-burning mode, the metabolism is stimulated and endorphins are released. Nordic Walking makes the pounds fall and makes a good mood. After first learning the technical basics, we make the Langenauer Ried unsafe. Everyone is welcome. .
