The EMS BELT 2.0 is equipped with 6 electrodes that train your abdominal muscles (front and side) and your lower back muscles (middle and side) over a large area. The new EMS Belt 2.0 is flexible and discreet, so it can be worn perfectly and easily under clothing for almost ANY activity in everyday life, e.g. at work, when going for a walk, doing housework or supporting your workout. You will receive an extension piece with which you can flexibly adjust the size. We have already included the extension piece in the maximum size specification.
