  • Professional Installation: The base panel must be securely and firmly anchored to the wall by qualified personnel to withstand the pulling and leverage forces that occur.
  • Module Locking: Before each use, make sure all wooden modules used (pull-up bars, bands, or benches) are firmly and correctly snapped into the wall rails.
  • Intended Use: Use the attachment modules only for their designated exercises to avoid material overload or falls.
  • Medical Suitability: The wall is officially certified for medical use. However, individuals with acute injuries or health restrictions should only begin training after consulting a doctor or therapist.
  • Training Clothing: It is recommended to wear fitted sportswear during training and non-slip shoes depending on the exercise.
