Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is within Germany.&and in the following countries: Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria. 

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge shipping costs up to a merchandise value of €50.  flat rate of €4.90&  per order. From €50.  Shipping within Germany is free for orders of any value.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

  • Belgium: €13.90 
  • France: €13.90 
  • Ireland: €16.90 
  • Italy: €13.90 
  • Luxembourg: €13.90
  • Netherlands: €13.90
  • Austria: €9.90
  • Poland: 13.90

From €100  Shipping to Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Austria is free of charge for goods of this value.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within [timeframe]. 1-3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by email when your order is ready and provide details on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details regarding payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.

We will send you a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit payment date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account on the notified date.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
