Now come a few short questions about usage – so you don’t buy twice later.
How do you train?
AloneAt home/on the go – I want a system that fits me.
Two people in the household (alternating)1 Box + 2 Suits is often the most convenient solution.
Multiple at the same time (studio/team/group)Parallel training must be stable & cleanly controllable.
Quick tip: If you train alternately with a partner, a Couple-Bundle (1 Box + 2 Suits) is usually the best solution – less switching hassle, faster start.
Do you want to train specific areas extra targeted?

Optional – helps us better classify PRO vs. CONNECT.

Full body is enough for me.Focus on large muscle groups – efficient, simple.
Shoulders & side abs are important to me.More precision – often useful for more defined progress.
Additionally, forearms & calves would be ideal. If these areas are really a priority.
Do you already have access to an eaglefit Box?
NoThen you need a complete system (Suit + Box).
YesThen Pants/Vest can be a useful addition.
What is your approximate budget?

Helps us realistically classify the recommendation – no pressure.

Entry levelI want to test first – price-performance is crucial.
Medium budgetI invest more if it brings significantly more.
Budget is secondaryI want the system that suits me best.
Optional: Addition with Pants or Vest?

Only relevant if you already have a box – otherwise we recommend the complete system first.

No additionFull-body suit is enough for me.
Vest (upper body)For upper body focus (chest/back/arms).
Pants (lower body)For legs/butt/core focus.

EMS training at home: Which system fits?

eaglefit has been developing wireless dry EMS systems for home, studios, and professional applications for many years. The most important difference is not a “tech buzzword” but: How do you really use the system?

Brief classification

HOME is ideal for a clear start and stable routine. PRO is worth it if you train more regularly and want more precision/progression. CONNECT shows its strength when multiple people train simultaneously or you want the maximum.

Frequently asked questions about the EMS suit

What is Dry EMS (without gel/water)?

Dry EMS means you train without wet electrodes/gel-based application. This usually makes setup faster and cleaner in everyday life.

How often should I train with EMS?

Many start with 1× per week and increase to 2× with good tolerance. Consistency is key, not maximum intensity.

Is a Couple-Bundle sensible for couples?

If you train alternately as a pair: Yes, often very much so. 1 box + 2 suits significantly reduces costs and makes training more relaxed.

When are Vest or Pants useful?

As an addition if you already have a box and want to specifically focus on upper body (Vest) or lower body (Pants).

HOME or PRO – when is PRO worth it?

If you train regularly (often 2×/week or more) and want more progression/precision, PRO is often the right step.
