Customer Advisor / Sales in the Fitness Sector (m/f/d)

As a customer advisor, you are the first contact person for interested parties and help them find the right EMS or fitness system. You combine competent advice with clear sales orientation and ensure that prospects become satisfied customers.

Your tasks

  • Telephone consultation of interested parties about our fitness products (EMS systems, Sling-Trainer, pull-up bars)
  • Supporting private customers in setting up their home gyms
  • Consulting trainers, studios, and physiotherapy practices in selecting our systems
  • Active sales of our products through to successful completion
  • Answering questions about EMS training, fitness, and product use
  • Documentation of conversations and customer inquiries in the CRM system
  • Close collaboration with marketing, shipping, and development

What you should bring

  • Experience in customer consulting, sales, or retail – ideally by phone
  • Interest in fitness, training, or health (e.g., through hobby, education, or studies)
  • Confident, friendly, and persuasive demeanor
  • Enjoyment in working with people and a solution-oriented approach
  • Goal orientation and enjoyment in delighting customers
  • Very good German skills in speaking and writing
  • Residence within the Ulm / Langenau area (workplace at our headquarters)
