Care and usage instructions:

The band can be washed if necessary (up to 60°C), preferably with similarly colored laundry and conventional detergent or soap.
Please do not use fabric softener, chlorides, or alcohol when cleaning! To dry them, hang the bands loosely (not rolled up) in the air. Do not dry them on a radiator or in a dryer!

The bands should not be overstretched; in other words, they should not be stretched all the way to their maximum limit. 

To prevent the natural rubber in the bands from drying out and rendering them unusable, do not expose the bands to excessive heat or direct sunlight for extended periods.
