Since 03/27/2025, the new eaglefit AI 2.0 chatbot can create EMS fitness training plans.
The task was clear:
How can we provide our customers with our knowledge in a well-founded way, even if the customer has a question outside of opening hours or if everyone on the team is busy? The answer was clear: We need an AI. But not an AI that has no clue or always refers to customer service, but an AI with expertise.
We found a suitable solution and trained and tested it for many hours, then optimized and tested it again until finally our AI 2.0 was ready to start.
The training of the AI:
The eaglefit team has trained and fed its AI 2.0 chatbot with all information related to EMS training, training safety, training frequencies, CK values, other eaglefit products such as Sling-Trainer and pull-up bars, etc.
Furthermore, the chatbot was fed with the entire knowledge from the NiSV training materials for certified EMS trainers, so the eaglefit AI 2.0 chatbot is theoretically the first EMS trainer to know the entire knowledge of the NiSV certification. It can also be used, for example, in creating training plans or answering customer questions. Of course, the chatbot lacks the empathy of a real trainer and occasionally our chatbot still fantasizes or invents nonsense.
Overall, very well-founded answers are provided, which have been found to be extraordinarily helpful in numerous tests.
