Training preparation

Training progress

Charging the box

First launch

When you start the app, you can first choose between the different boxes (BELT, HOME, PRO or CONNECT). Then you select the appropriate product.
If this is your first time using the app, create a training profile. You can later save all your settings under “Select profile”.

We recommend creating a separate profile for each training program so that you can always set and retrieve the correct values ​​for each training program.

Once you have selected a profile, pressing "confirm" will take you to the training interface with the preset values ​​of the profile highlighted in green. Your changes will be saved there; you can return to this page later using the "back" arrow (in the upper right corner). leaves.

First, please establish a Bluetooth connection to the speaker. The app is designed so that you can create any number of profiles on each device. Each profile stores all the settings and parameters for a specific workout type (Fitness/Metabolism/Relaxation/Individual/Video Training/HIIT/Fat Burning/Deep Core). Give each profile a suitable name.

The name can be, for example, “Thomas_Fitness” or “Muscle Building”. Your data is stored only on your device in accordance with the GDPR. Requirements for a Bluetooth connection

Please select the setting “4/2”, meaning a pulse duration of 4 seconds and a 2-second pause. Ideally, during training, you should tense the muscles for 4 seconds and relax them for 2 seconds.

This fitness program is ideally suited for building large-volume white skeletal muscles. It increases your maximum strength and promotes muscle growth. Your white skeletal muscles are best trained with 6-8 repetitions per muscle group at approximately 80% of your maximum strength. The impulses are delivered to the respective muscle group at a frequency of 85 Hz, without placing excessive stress on the joints, ligaments, or tendons with heavy training weights. The pulse depth in this program is 350 µs.

Fitness training should be combined with exercises and can be well supported, for example, with sling training or HIIT training.

Recommended training:

Metabolism/Cardiovascular System

Please select a pause time of 0 seconds for continuous pulses. The pulse duration setting is then irrelevant.

The metabolic program, which trains the red endurance muscles, can be used specifically for muscle toning. It is our classic endurance/athletic program. Pulse depth

With "Pulse Depth" you can adjust the duration of the pulse you set under "Frequency". This value can only be configured in the "Individual" parameter. A single current pulse can last from 50 to 400 µs.

The higher this value is set, the deeper the impulse penetrates the muscle. For example, you can optimally target large muscles like the thigh muscles, glutes, or back muscles with a pulse depth of 350 µs.

Dressing and undressing

1. Warm-up

Washing and hygiene instructions
