Reverse rowing to prepare for free pull-ups:

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart directly in front of the pull-up bar
  • Shoulders pulled back and down
  • Torso tense
  • Looking ahead
  • The hands grip the pull-up bar shoulder-width apart in an underhand grip.
  • The arms are bent.
  • slowly tilt backwards.
  • Stretch your arms while doing this
  • The entire body remains upright with a stable torso.
  • Slowly pull your chest towards the pull-up bar.

3 sets of 12 repetitions with 30 seconds of rest between sets. The longer the strap, the more difficult the exercise becomes.

Free pull-ups

To prevent injuries, please ensure correct execution:

  • Stand under the pull-up bar
  • Grip the bar with an equal distance from the center, using either an underhand or overhand grip.
  • Pull yourself up using your chest until your chin comes above the pull-up bar.
  • Keep your arms slightly tense while lowering.

Pay attention to your body balance and keep your core stable and engaged at all times. To support your first pull-ups, we recommend the following: eaglefit Fitness band made of natural latex.

TIP: Pull-ups are easiest with a close underhand grip. Crossed legs give you more power. Avoid using momentum. We recommend alternating between free pull-ups and rowing exercises at first.

Pull-up bars made from energy- and resource-saving production methods

The wood for your eaglefit pull-up bar It originates from the Danube Forest or the valleys of the Swabian Alb. There, sufficient water and nutrients are available for optimal and strong growth of the ash trees, which is necessary for the good structural properties of the wood.

After the ash trees are felled in winter, they are cut into planks in our neighboring village and then stacked and covered to dry.

Natural drying fully preserves the wood's structural properties. Furthermore, no energy is consumed during the drying process. However, with this type of drying, slight color changes on the surface may occur due to the wood's prolonged exposure to sunlight, wind, and weather. During further processing... eaglefit pull-up bars Sometimes, not all of it is removed, leaving a dark edge. This is not a defect, but a sign of responsible use of resources and energy.

Your new eaglefit pull-up bar It will darken in the first few weeks due to UV radiation, as the light-colored wood, which was previously protected, is now also exposed to the sun.

We are delighted to be able to offer you a fantastic training tool with a clear conscience, one that comes from an energy- and resource-saving production process and was made with love for you!
