Also suitable for aerial yoga or hanging seats.

You can attach the 3 mm thick stainless steel plate with four drill holes (ø 6 mm) and an 8 mm strong stainless steel O-ring to the wall or ceiling.

Use appropriate anchors for concrete, stone, or wood; these are not included.
