We have been developing and producing in Germany since 2011 – you buy directly from us, without intermediaries.

Why training is easier as a couple

What we have learned over all these years: You are more likely to stick with it when you train together. Those who commit to training regularly as a pair keep going for longer – you motivate each other and celebrate small achievements together. That is exactly what this bundle was made for, with our best system ever.

You get a CONNECT Couple System developed in Germany: two CONNECT suits and one CONNECT Box. Each person installs the free eaglefit CONNECT App on their own phone and saves their personal settings. An honest note: With one box, only one person can train at a time – so you train one after the other or in different locations, exactly as it fits your everyday life.

More performance for less money: This couple offer is cheaper than the individual combination of two suits and one box – and tailored specifically to couples.

The CONNECT Box – completely redesigned at the end of 2025

The CONNECT Box makes your training wireless, flexible, and mobile. Use the eaglefit CONNECT App to control intensities and programs individually. Three things make it special:

A new attachment system. The CONNECT Box is secured to the Suit using a specially developed system—precise, secure, and durable.

Latest Bluetooth module: more stable connection and around 20% longer battery life than the PRO System.

Mesh technology: Control multiple Boxes via one app—individually or synchronously in group mode. One Box per active person, allowing both of you to use your Suits independently.

The CONNECT Suits—high-precision stimulation with 28 electrodes

With 28 powerful electrodes, you can train 14 major muscle groups simultaneously—including the abs, shoulders, forearms, and calves. Maximum efficiency in minimal time.

CONNECT EMS System in action

How the electrodes on the forearms and calves work

The farther we move away from the center of the body, the more sensitively the muscles respond to electrical impulses—and the more moderate the intensity should be. That is why, in the CONNECT Suit, the forearm electrodes are coupled with the biceps control, and the calf electrodes with the hamstring control.

Even without separate control, the forearms and calves are already activated via nearby nerve pathways. The additional electrodes specifically enhance this natural effect, allowing the forearms and calves to train effectively and comfortably as well.

Find the right size

Each Suit should fit snugly so the electrodes sit optimally on the muscles. The material is stretchy; when in doubt, choose the smaller size. Remember to measure both people separately.

Size chart for the eaglefit EMS Suit

Here is a practical example: With a chest measurement of 108 cm, a waist measurement of 98 cm, and a hip measurement of 101 cm, we recommend size XL. If you are unsure, our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

Important instructions for use

People under 14 years of age, with heart problems or other cardiovascular conditions, electrical implants, metabolic disorders (e.g., type I or II diabetes, thyroid, liver, or kidney disease), cancer, an abdominal wall or inguinal hernia, who are pregnant or undergoing chemotherapy MUST NOT perform this training! We recommend EMS training only from adulthood onward.

Before use, please carefully read the contraindications and safety instructions in the product description and user manual.

Questions we are asked most frequently

Can we train simultaneously with the CONNECT Couple Bundle?
With one CONNECT Box, only one person can train at a time – you can train one after the other or in different locations. If you want to train simultaneously, simply add a second CONNECT Box; thanks to Mesh technology, you can then train individually or synchronously.
What is included in the CONNECT Couple Bundle?
Two CONNECT EMS Suits with 28 electrodes each and one CONNECT Box, plus free access to the eaglefit CONNECT App for both users.
What is the difference compared to the HOME or PRO Couple Bundle?
CONNECT is our top system: 28 instead of 20 or 24 electrodes, plus additional electrodes for the forearms and calves. It also includes the newly developed Box, launched at the end of 2025, with an innovative fastening system, the latest Bluetooth technology, and longer battery life.
Can we expand the system later?
Yes, both partners can expand their setup individually – for example, with a second CONNECT Box for simultaneous training or with a CONNECT Vest and CONNECT Pants.

In EMS training, we simulate the bioelectric currents that are usually sent from your brain through your central nervous system to your muscles. Your muscles cannot distinguish where the stimulus comes from—they contract. The currents sent through the electrodes are so low that they can easily be generated by our POWERBox. We don’t need cables or a 220 V power outlet for this!

The advantage of time-efficient EMS training is clear: your muscles work without you having to lift heavy weights. This protects your joints and even allows you to activate deep muscles that are usually hard to train, such as your core muscles in the back. In general, muscle growth and fat loss are stimulated. This counteracts sarcopenia, the loss of muscle mass in people over 50.
With regular training, you will notice that you walk more upright, have more strength in everyday life, and that your entire body becomes firmer and more athletic. Of course, this doesn’t happen overnight, and you shouldn’t overdo the training—even though it’s a lot of fun ;)

Train only once a week for 20 minutes during the first 10 weeks; after this period, there should be at least 48 hours between training sessions. The reason for this lies in creatine kinase.

Brief, non-medical explanation of creatine kinase (CK values):

Your muscles release waste products into the blood during exertion—the more exertion, the more waste products. This is not due to the current or EMS, but to the (intended) muscle effort.
Similar to after a marathon, it can be measured in your blood that CK values rise after training. CK values are broken down by the liver and kidneys. For this to work, you need to give your body about 48 hours and drink plenty of water (plain water without carbonation or juice) .Again: CK values rise due to muscle work, not due to the current.

If you give your body the necessary time (also for regeneration) and take the contraindications seriously, you will have a perfect tool with the eaglefit CONNECT EMS system to perform health-promoting training with little effort and in a very short time. You can tone your body, build muscle, or lose fat.

Explanation and studies on why back pain can be alleviated with EMS training

Electromyostimulation (EMS) is a method of muscle stimulation that transmits electrical impulses to the nerve fibers of the muscle to trigger a contraction of the muscle fibers. This stimulation allows muscles to be trained, strengthened, and built without putting high strain on the joints and spine. This can be especially beneficial for people with back problems, as many back pains can be caused by weakness or instability of the back and abdominal muscles. EMS training can target and effectively train these muscles to stabilize the spine and improve posture.

Several studies have investigated the effectiveness of EMS training in treating back pain. A 2017 meta-analysis summarizing the results of multiple studies concluded that "EMS training in patients with chronic nonspecific back pain can significantly improve pain, muscle strength, and physical function" (Source: Rabello et al., J Back Musculoskelet Rehabil, 2017).

Another study from 2016 found that EMS training can help improve muscle strength and clinical symptoms in older adults with chronic back pain (Source: Kemmler et al., Aging Clin Exp Res, 2016).

EMS training can also help improve blood circulation and metabolism in the back area. By stimulating the muscles and tissue, blood flow and oxygen levels increase, which can promote healing and regeneration of injured or irritated tissue. This can also reduce pain and improve the flexibility and mobility of the spine.

Another possible mechanism by which EMS training can relieve back pain is the reduction of stress and muscle tension. EMS training can help increase the release of endorphins and other relaxation hormones that reduce pain and anxiety. Additionally, EMS training can relieve tension caused by everyday strain on the spine through targeted stimulation of specific muscle areas. Overall, there are several plausible hypotheses and studies suggesting that EMS training from eaglefit can be an effective method for relieving back pain. However, further research is needed to explore the long-term effects and optimal training conditions.

Regular training with the EMS suit can help you reduce your measurements, build muscle, and reduce fat. You don’t need expensive and unhealthy medications or even injections to lose weight.

Please clean the CONNECT Box only with a soft cloth and DO NOT wash it or expose it to water.

We recommend hand washing for the eaglefit® CONNECT Suit.. Alternatively, you can wash the suit in a laundry bag in the washing machine on a gentle/delicate cycle at 30 °C. Close the zipper and all Velcro fasteners beforehand.

We recommend using a mild detergent (e.g., the liquid detergent eaglefit Lavendelkraft or DENAA+ WASH from our webshop). Never use caustic solvents/abrasives, disinfectants, or detergents with additives like chlorine or bleach. If the suit is still too wet after washing, you can spin it at a maximum of 400 rpm in the spin cycle. To dry, simply hang the suit on a hanger and let it air dry – preferably with the electrode pairs facing outward.

Never dry the eaglefit® CONNECT Suit in a tumble dryer and never expose it to direct UV radiation. This can cause damage to the material.
