How the CONNECT EMS device works

Take your training to the next level with the CONNECT EMS System.

You train your chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, upper, middle, and lower back, inner and outer abdominal muscles, glutes, front and back thighs, as well as forearms and calves – your most intense full-body workout.

The CONNECT system activates them in a particularly body-friendly way: Since the muscles in the extremities respond more sensitively to impulses, the forearm electrodes are coupled with the biceps, and the calf electrodes with the hamstrings.

Precisely tailored to your training goal, you control 28 full-featured electrodes in 12 groups individually via the free eaglefit app.

The app gives you access to 10 training programs: Fitness, Metabolism, Relaxation, Individual, HIIT, Fat Burning, Explosive Strength, Mobility, Deep Core, and Video Training.

Thanks to wireless EMS dry technology, you can start training immediately at any time. Just 20 minutes per session provides an intense training stimulus.

The CONNECT Box – completely redesigned at the end of 2025

The CONNECT Box is more than a control unit. At the end of 2025, we completely redesigned it from the ground up – and you notice the difference in everyday use in three areas:

An innovative fastening system. The CONNECT Box is secured to the Suit using a specially developed system – precisely, securely, and durably.

The latest Bluetooth module on the market. It provides a more stable connection between the Box and the app – and a battery that lasts around 20% longer than with the PRO System.

Mesh technology. Each Box is both a transmitter and a receiver. This allows multiple CONNECT Boxes to be controlled through a single app – individually for each person or all synchronized in group mode. Also ideal for trainers at the gym.

Who this EMS device is suitable for

Ideal for anyone who wants to build muscle, strengthen their deep muscles, support fat burning, and maintain their muscles over the long term.

More strength, stability, and body control mean more energy in everyday life, greater performance, and a better sense of your body – becoming more noticeable week by week.

Compared with the PRO System, CONNECT goes one step further: since it also trains the calf and forearm muscles, it covers your complete full-body workout.

Training wherever your day allows

Your EMS Suit goes wherever you do – at home, at the gym, in the office, at a hotel, or while traveling, indoors or outdoors.

And you decide how to combine it: with bodyweight exercises, yoga, Pilates, jogging, or sling training.

What you need for your mobile EMS training

Your eaglefit CONNECT EMS dry Suit, the CONNECT Box, and a smartphone or tablet with the free eaglefit app – nothing more.

The app runs on Apple and Android, and can also be controlled via the Apple Watch.

Find the right size

Your CONNECT EMS Suit should fit snugly so the electrodes sit optimally against your muscles and deliver their full effect. Since the material is highly stretchy, choose the smaller size if in doubt.

Questions we are asked most frequently

What does mesh technology mean for the CONNECT Box?
CONNECT Boxes connect to form a wireless mesh network and can act as both transmitters and receivers simultaneously. Using the app, you can control multiple people at the same time—individually or synchronously. Each person needs their own Suit and CONNECT Box, while control is centralized through one device.
What is the difference compared with the eaglefit PRO System?
The CONNECT System offers additional electrodes for the forearms and calves. The CONNECT Box was completely redeveloped at the end of 2025: a new attachment system, the latest Bluetooth module, and around 20% longer battery life.
What is new about the CONNECT Box?
The Box was completely redeveloped at the end of 2025—with a new attachment system, the latest Bluetooth module on the market, and around 20% longer battery life than the PRO System.
Can I arrange an installment purchase?
Yes, in Germany via PayPal with 0% financing. For orders from abroad, we recommend checking the options through Klarna.
How often should I train with EMS?
Even just one session per week can produce noticeable progress. After an adjustment period of approximately 10 weeks, up to 3 sessions per week are possible—with at least 48 hours of rest in between.

In EMS training, we simulate the bioelectric currents that are usually sent from your brain through your central nervous system to your muscles. Your muscles cannot distinguish where the stimulus comes from—they contract. The currents sent through the electrodes are so low that they can easily be generated by our CONNECT Box. We don’t need cables or a 220 V power outlet for this!

The advantage of time-efficient EMS training is clear: your muscles work without you having to lift heavy weights. This protects your joints and even allows you to activate deep muscles that are usually hard to train, such as your core muscles in the back. In general, muscle growth and fat loss are stimulated. It also counteracts sarcopenia, the loss of muscle mass in people over 50.
With regular training, you’ll notice that you walk more upright, have more strength in everyday life, and that your entire body becomes firmer and more athletic. Of course, this doesn’t happen overnight, and you shouldn’t overdo the training—even though it’s a lot of fun ;)

Train only once a week for 20 minutes during the first 10 weeks; after this period, there should be at least 48 hours between training sessions. The reason for this lies in creatine kinase.

Brief, non-medical explanation of creatine kinase (CK levels):

Your muscles release waste products into the blood during exertion—the more exertion, the more waste products. This is not due to the current or EMS, but to the (intended) muscle effort.
Similar to after a marathon, your blood can show elevated CK levels after training. CK levels are broken down by the liver and kidneys. For this to work, you need to give your body about 48 hours and drink plenty of water (plain water without carbonation or juice) .Again: CK levels rise due to muscle work, not because of the current.

If you give your body the necessary time (also for recovery) and take contraindications seriously, the eaglefit CONNECT EMS system provides you with a perfect tool to perform health-promoting training with little effort and in a very short time. You can tone your body, build muscle, or lose fat.

Explanation and studies on why EMS training can relieve back pain

Electromyostimulation (EMS) is a method of muscle stimulation that transmits electrical impulses to the nerve fibers of the muscle to trigger a contraction of the muscle fibers. Through this stimulation, muscles can be trained, strengthened, and built without putting high strain on the joints and spine. This can be especially beneficial for people with back problems, as many back pains can be caused by weakness or instability of the back and abdominal muscles. EMS training can target and effectively train these muscles to stabilize the spine and improve posture.

There are several studies that examine the effectiveness of EMS training in treating back pain. A 2017 meta-analysis summarizing the results of multiple studies concludes that "EMS training in patients with chronic nonspecific back pain can significantly improve pain, muscle strength, and physical function" (Source: Rabello et al., J Back Musculoskelet Rehabil, 2017).

Another study from 2016 found that EMS training can help improve muscle strength and clinical symptoms in older adults with chronic back pain (Source: Kemmler et al., Aging Clin Exp Res, 2016).

EMS training can also help improve blood circulation and metabolism in the back area. By stimulating the muscles and tissue, blood flow and oxygen levels are increased, which can promote healing and regeneration of injured or irritated tissue. This can also reduce pain and improve the flexibility and mobility of the spine.

Another possible mechanism by which EMS training can relieve back pain is the reduction of stress and muscle tension. EMS training can help increase the release of endorphins and other relaxation hormones that can reduce pain and anxiety. Additionally, EMS training can contribute to relieving tension caused by everyday strain on the spine through targeted stimulation of specific muscle areas. Overall, there are several plausible hypotheses and studies suggesting that EMS training from eaglefit can be an effective method for relieving back pain. However, further research is needed to explore the long-term effects and optimal training conditions.

Regular training with the EMS suit can help you reduce your measurements, build muscle, and reduce fat. You don’t need expensive and unhealthy medications or even injections to lose weight.

Please clean the CONNECT Box only with a soft cloth and DO NOT wash it or expose it to water.

We recommend hand washing for the eaglefit® CONNECT Suit.. Alternatively, you can wash the suit in a laundry bag in the washing machine on a gentle/delicate cycle at 30 °C. Close the zipper and all Velcro fasteners beforehand.

We recommend using a mild detergent (e.g., the liquid detergent eaglefit Lavendelkraft or DENAA+ WASH from our webshop). Never use caustic solvents/abrasives, disinfectants, or detergents with additives like chlorine or bleach. If the suit is still too wet after washing, you can spin it at a maximum of 400 rpm in the spin cycle. To dry, simply hang the suit on a hanger and let it air dry – preferably with the electrode pairs facing outward.

Never dry the eaglefit® CONNECT Suit in a tumble dryer and never expose it to direct UV radiation. This can cause damage to the material.
