How the CONNECT EMS System works

Take your training to the next level with the CONNECT EMS System.

You train chest; biceps; triceps; shoulders; upper, middle, and lower back; inner and outer abdominal muscles; glutes; front and back thighs as well as forearms and calves – for your most intense full-body workout.

With the CONNECT EMS system, you activate especially body-friendly: Since muscles in the extremities respond more sensitively to impulses, the electrodes on the forearm are coupled with the biceps and those on the calves with the hamstrings.

Precisely tailored to your training goal, you control 28 full electrodes, which are individually adjustable in 12 groups via the free eaglefit App with precision.

The app offers you 10 training programs: Fitness, Metabolism, Relaxation, Custom, HIIT, Fat Burning, Explosive Strength, Mobility, Deep Core, and Video Training – so you can control your progress precisely and flexibly.

Thanks to wireless EMS dry technology, you can start training anytime directly. Just 20 minutes per session provide an intense training stimulus.

How the CONNECT Box with mesh technology works

The mesh technology of the completely newly developed CONNECT Box expands your individual training with the possibility to train with up to 7 people simultaneously – with each person able to train individually controlled or synchronized in group mode.

Training together can increase motivation within the group and encourage you and your training partners to perform at your maximum level.

Thanks to mesh technology, each box functions as both a transmitter and a receiver. Up to 8 CONNECT Boxes can be controlled simultaneously via a single app through this modern Bluetooth connection, for example centrally by a trainer in the studio.

Suitable for

Ideal for everyone who wants to build muscle, strengthen deep muscles, support fat burning, and maintain their muscles long-term.

The CONNECT system helps to improve strength, stability, and body control – for more energy in everyday life, higher physical performance, longevity, and a better body awareness.

Compared to the PRO system, the CONNECT system enables an even more comprehensive full-body workout, as it also intensively trains the calf and forearm muscles. This integrates additional important muscle groups into the workout.

Training wherever it fits into your daily routine

Your EMS Suit accompanies you everywhere – train indoors and outdoors exactly where it suits you: at home, in the gym, at the office, in the hotel, or while traveling.

And the best part: You can easily combine your EMS training with other sports: for example, bodyweight, yoga, pilates, jogging, or sling training, and thus customize your workout. You decide how versatile your workout will be – all possibilities are open to your motivation!

Choose the right size

Your CONNECT EMS Suit should fit snugly so that the electrodes lie optimally on your muscles and can develop their full effect. Since the material is very stretchy, you should choose the smaller size if in doubt.

You can find the right size for your EMS Suit using the following table:

EMS Suit size chart

Example: For chest 108 cm, waist 98 cm, and hips 101 cm, we recommend size XL, feel free to contact our customer support if you have any questions.

Important application notes

Persons under 14 years of age, with heart problems or other cardiovascular diseases, electrical implants, metabolic diseases (e.g., Type I or II diabetes, thyroid, liver or kidney diseases), cancer, an abdominal or inguinal hernia, who are pregnant or undergoing chemotherapy, MUST NOT perform this training! We recommend doing EMS training only in adulthood.

Please read the contraindications and safety instructions carefully in the product description and user manual.

Frequently asked questions about the CONNECT EMS System

What does Mesh technology mean with the CONNECT Box?
CONNECT Boxes connect to a wireless Mesh network and can be both transmitters and receivers simultaneously. Via the CONNECT App, you can control up to 8 people at the same time – individually or synchronously. Important: Each person needs their own Suit and a CONNECT Box; control is centralized via one device.

What is the difference compared to the eaglefit PRO System?
The CONNECT System offers additional electrodes for forearms and calves for even more comprehensive muscle coverage. The CONNECT Box is completely newly developed technically and features several functions, some of which are patent-pending.

Can I arrange an installment purchase?
Yes, installment payment/financing is possible – in Germany this is done via PayPal with 0% financing. You can see this directly on our pages as the note “0% financing in Germany via PayPal.” For orders from abroad, we recommend checking the available financing options via Klarna.

I train twice a week. How often do I need to charge the CONNECT Box?
That depends on your training intensity and whether you use the Mesh function. You can charge it after every third training; the box has overcharge protection and cannot be overcharged.

How often should I train with EMS?
Just 1 training session per week can bring noticeable progress. After an adjustment phase of about 10 weeks, you can increase to up to 3 sessions per week. In practice, 2 sessions per week are the optimal rhythm for many – with at least 48 hours of rest between sessions.

In EMS training, we simulate the bioelectric currents that are usually sent from your brain through your central nervous system to your muscles. Your muscles cannot distinguish where the stimulus comes from—they contract. The currents sent through the electrodes are so low that they can easily be generated by our CONNECT Box. We don’t need cables or a 220 V power outlet for this!

The advantage of time-efficient EMS training is clear: your muscles work without you having to lift heavy weights. This protects your joints and even allows you to activate deep muscles that are usually hard to train, such as your core muscles in the back. In general, muscle growth and fat loss are stimulated. It also counteracts sarcopenia, the loss of muscle mass in people over 50.
With regular training, you’ll notice that you walk more upright, have more strength in everyday life, and that your entire body becomes firmer and more athletic. Of course, this doesn’t happen overnight, and you shouldn’t overdo the training—even though it’s a lot of fun ;)

Train only once a week for 20 minutes during the first 10 weeks; after this period, there should be at least 48 hours between training sessions. The reason for this lies in creatine kinase.

Brief, non-medical explanation of creatine kinase (CK levels):

Your muscles release waste products into the blood during exertion—the more exertion, the more waste products. This is not due to the current or EMS, but to the (intended) muscle effort.
Similar to after a marathon, your blood can show elevated CK levels after training. CK levels are broken down by the liver and kidneys. For this to work, you need to give your body about 48 hours and drink plenty of water (plain water without carbonation or juice) .Again: CK levels rise due to muscle work, not because of the current.

If you give your body the necessary time (also for recovery) and take contraindications seriously, the eaglefit CONNECT EMS system provides you with a perfect tool to perform health-promoting training with little effort and in a very short time. You can tone your body, build muscle, or lose fat.

Explanation and studies on why EMS training can relieve back pain

Electromyostimulation (EMS) is a method of muscle stimulation that transmits electrical impulses to the nerve fibers of the muscle to trigger a contraction of the muscle fibers. Through this stimulation, muscles can be trained, strengthened, and built without putting high strain on the joints and spine. This can be especially beneficial for people with back problems, as many back pains can be caused by weakness or instability of the back and abdominal muscles. EMS training can target and effectively train these muscles to stabilize the spine and improve posture.

There are several studies that examine the effectiveness of EMS training in treating back pain. A 2017 meta-analysis summarizing the results of multiple studies concludes that "EMS training in patients with chronic nonspecific back pain can significantly improve pain, muscle strength, and physical function" (Source: Rabello et al., J Back Musculoskelet Rehabil, 2017).

Another study from 2016 found that EMS training can help improve muscle strength and clinical symptoms in older adults with chronic back pain (Source: Kemmler et al., Aging Clin Exp Res, 2016).

EMS training can also help improve blood circulation and metabolism in the back area. By stimulating the muscles and tissue, blood flow and oxygen levels are increased, which can promote healing and regeneration of injured or irritated tissue. This can also reduce pain and improve the flexibility and mobility of the spine.

Another possible mechanism by which EMS training can relieve back pain is the reduction of stress and muscle tension. EMS training can help increase the release of endorphins and other relaxation hormones that can reduce pain and anxiety. Additionally, EMS training can contribute to relieving tension caused by everyday strain on the spine through targeted stimulation of specific muscle areas. Overall, there are several plausible hypotheses and studies suggesting that EMS training from eaglefit can be an effective method for relieving back pain. However, further research is needed to explore the long-term effects and optimal training conditions.

Regular training with the EMS suit can help you reduce your measurements, build muscle, and reduce fat. You don’t need expensive and unhealthy medications or even injections to lose weight.

Please clean the CONNECT Box only with a soft cloth and DO NOT wash it or expose it to water.

We recommend hand washing for the eaglefit® CONNECT Suit.. Alternatively, you can wash the suit in a laundry bag in the washing machine on a gentle/delicate cycle at 30 °C. Close the zipper and all Velcro fasteners beforehand.

We recommend using a mild detergent (e.g., the liquid detergent eaglefit Lavendelkraft or DENAA+ WASH from our webshop). Never use caustic solvents/abrasives, disinfectants, or detergents with additives like chlorine or bleach. If the suit is still too wet after washing, you can spin it at a maximum of 400 rpm in the spin cycle. To dry, simply hang the suit on a hanger and let it air dry – preferably with the electrode pairs facing outward.

Never dry the eaglefit® CONNECT Suit in a tumble dryer and never expose it to direct UV radiation. This can cause damage to the material.
