For your mobile EMS training you need
Your eaglefit CONNECT Vest, the corresponding eaglefit CONNECT Box, and a smartphone or tablet with the free eaglefit App.
The app is compatible with Apple and Android devices, and control is also possible via the Apple Watch.
Choose the right size
Your CONNECT Vest should fit snugly so that the electrodes optimally contact your muscles and can fully develop their effect. Since the material is very stretchy, you should choose the smaller size if in doubt.

Example: For chest 108 cm, waist 98 cm, and hips 101 cm, we recommend size XL. If you have questions, feel free to contact our customer support.
Important notes on usage
Persons under 14 years of age, those with heart problems or other cardiovascular diseases, electrical implants, metabolic diseases (e.g., type I or II diabetes, thyroid, liver or kidney diseases), cancer, abdominal or inguinal hernia, pregnant women, or those undergoing chemotherapy MUST NOT perform this training! We recommend performing EMS training only in adulthood.

Frequently asked questions about the CONNECT Vest
What are the benefits of targeted EMS forearm training?
It improves your grip strength and supports greater stability during pulling exercises like rowing or pull-ups. At the same time, activating the forearms promotes better core tension throughout the upper body – ideal as a balance to one-sided strain in everyday life or training.
When is the CONNECT Vest the right choice for me?
The CONNECT Vest is ideal for targeted EMS upper body training. Its comfortable fit also makes it especially suitable for people with limited mobility and for anyone who does not want to compromise on fit with the CONNECT Suit.
Can I control my CONNECT Vest with a PRO Box?
No, a CONNECT Vest cannot be controlled with a PRO Box. The CONNECT series and the PRO series are two different EMS systems with their own control technology. To use a CONNECT Vest, you need a CONNECT Box.
Can I train simultaneously with my CONNECT Vest and CONNECT Pants?
Simultaneous use is not possible. The systems overlap in the abdominal area and are each controlled separately – this would require two CONNECT Boxes. You can flexibly switch between vest and pants to combine upper and lower body training effectively.
Can I train back-to-back with CONNECT Vest and CONNECT Pants?
Yes, but since the electrodes overlap in the abdominal area, you should avoid overloading this area twice – reduce the intensity or deliberately exclude it in one session. Alternatively, splitting training on different days is ideal for recovery.
