This allows you to securely attach your sling trainer, punching bag, and much more to suitable ceilings or walls.

Also suitable for aerial yoga or hanging poses.

You can attach the 3 mm thick stainless steel plate to the wall or ceiling with four drill holes (ø 6 mm) and an 8 mm thick stainless steel O-ring.

For concrete or stone, use the included fischer DUOPOWER nylon dowels and fischer screws. The screws can also be used to attach the unit to suitable wooden beams.
