Oval ceiling mount for Sling-Trainer made of high-quality V2A stainless steel with or without screws and plugs from fischer

This allows you to securely attach your Sling-Trainer, punching bag, and much more to suitable ceilings or walls.

Also suitable for aerial yoga or hanging seats.

You can attach the 3 mm thick stainless steel plate with four drill holes (ø 6 mm) and an 8 mm thick stainless steel O-ring to the wall or ceiling.

For concrete or stone, use the included fischer DUOPOWER nylon plugs and fischer screws. Attachment to suitable wooden beams is also possible with the screws.
