Door anchor - door attachment with carabiner for Sling-Trainer

Door anchor - the simple and flexible door attachment tool for Sling-Trainer, expanders, fitness bands, tubes, and much more.

With the door anchor, you can transform almost any free space in front of a door into your personal workout zone. You need about 1 meter to the left and right and about 2 meters in front of the door as a training area for your suspension training. The door anchor is quick and easy to install, provides a secure hold while you train, and can be quickly and easily removed without leaving any marks. The strap between the carabiner and the door also protects the door from damage.

You don't need to install a mount in the ceiling or wall; simply hang the door anchor between the door frame and the door panel.

• close the door
• check that it is securely fastened
• attach your training equipment to the carabiner

After your workout, simply remove the door anchor and stow it away with your sports equipment.

This practical door anchor greatly increases the mobility of your Sling-Trainer or other suitable sports equipment, such as an expander or resistance bands.

Also ideal for travel, hotels, and vacations.

You've never had more mobility and flexibility during your workouts - your door becomes a training station!
