Care and usage instructions:

The band can be washed when necessary (up to 60°C), preferably with similarly colored items and conventional detergent or soap.
Please do not use fabric softener, chlorides, or alcohol when cleaning! To dry, the bands should be hung loosely (not rolled up) and left to air-dry. Do not dry them on a radiator or in a tumble dryer!

The bands should not be overstretched; this means that they should not be stretched all the way to their maximum extension. 

To prevent the natural rubber in the bands from drying out and becoming unusable, the bands should not be exposed to high heat or direct sunlight for extended periods.
