• purple: 200 cm x 4.4 cm; lifting aid: 20 - 55 kg, d.h. your body weight, which you pull up, will be reduced by up to 55 kg depending on the tension

Example 1: If you are a professional and weigh 90 kg, then we recommend the green band. When performing the You pull pull-ups depending on the tension 80-55 kg high.
