The new Chatbot AI 2.0 from eaglefit can since 27.03.2025 EMS Fitness – create training plans

The task was clear:

How can we provide our customers with in-depth knowledge, even when they have a question outside of opening hours or when everyone on the team is busy? The answer was clear: We need an AI. But not an AI that has no clue or always refers to customer service, but an AI with expert knowledge.

We found a suitable solution and spent many hours training and testing it, optimizing and testing it again, until finally our AI 2.0 was ready to go.

Training the AI:

The team of eaglefit has its AI 2.0 chatbot with all information about the topic EMS-Training, safety during training, frequencies during training, CK values, other products from eaglefit, How Sling-Trainer and pull-up bars etc. trained and fed.

Furthermore, the chatbot was equipped with the entire knowledge of the NiSV training materials for certified EMS-Trainer, so that the AI ​​2.0 chatbot from eaglefit theoretically the first EMS-Trainer who is familiar with the entire knowledge of the NiSV certification. It can also be used, for example, in creating training plans or answering customer questions. Of course, the chatbot lacks the empathy of a real trainer and occasionally fantasizes or invents some kind of nonsense.

On the whole, however, the answers are very well-founded and have been found to be extremely helpful in numerous tests.
