You speak your muscles even without EMSTraining always and exclusively uses (very low) electrical impulses. Whenever you want to perform a movement, there is an electrical signal that travels from your brain via your central nervous system to the muscle, causing it to contract. EMS means Electrical Myo stimulation (5 to 120 Hz), EMA means Electrical Myo activation (from 1,000 Hz). You don't need to wash the suit after every workout because it's made of an antibacterial material. We successfully tested the suit with over 150 washes in the washing machine on the hand wash cycle, using the detergent WASH from Provilan. We expect the suit to last an average of 3-4 years, depending on how you care for it. To further extend the wash cycles, we recommend the antibacterial agent FRESH from Provilan Clean.

Please check the correct size before ordering:
Refer to our size chart for guidance. The suit is stretchy, so if your measurements deviate a few centimeters from the chart, it's usually not a problem. The suit should fit snugly, but still allow enough freedom of movement. For example, if you have broad shoulders and a very narrow waist, choose a size that fits well in the chest area. The accessories include a waist belt that allows you to adjust the suit slightly tighter at the waist. Important: Please try the suit on when you put it on for the first time with underwear to check if it fits you well. If it doesn’t fit, you can exchange free of charge – we cover both outward and return shipping.

No, you don't need to wear anything underneath the suit, unless, for hygiene reasons, you're wearing functional underwear under a suit used by multiple clients in a studio. In order for the functional underwear to transmit the signals, it must be wet. Our dry suits can be worn directly against your skin without water. This way, the sensation is more direct and the stimulation more intense than in a studio.

Yes, you can specifically train your red skeletal muscles (for endurance) just as you can your white skeletal muscles, which are important for maximum strength. You train the slow-twitch, red muscles in the range of 5 to 30 Hz, and the fast-twitch, white muscles in the range of 50 to 85 Hz. So, for example, if you choose our metabolic program at 7 Hz and do cardio exercises in addition, that's optimal endurance training.

You can EMS-Clean the product in the washing machine on a gentle cycle at 30°C and max. 900 rpm. To do this, remove the POWERBox, close the zipper and/or all Velcro fasteners of your EMS product, turn it inside out, and use the included laundry net. Your detergent must not contain bleach or fabric softener. We advise against using standard heavy-duty and sports detergents, as they can damage the electrodes and wires. We recommend: our detergent Lavender power (Sample is included with the order) or WASH from Provilan. Detailed care instructions are included with your order.

Because the electrodes lie directly on the skin, the current can be transmitted better and over a larger area. The impulse penetrates deeper into the muscle, and the sensation is more pleasant than with EMS-Laundry. If you have very dry skin, don't want to get too warm, or have a lot of body hair, it can be useful to use a Electrode spray to use. The electrodes don't conduct electricity, even when completely dry. Therefore, your skin needs to be slightly moist (like a pair of glasses being touched) to conduct electricity effectively.

Our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects, as well as defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
