How the HOME EMS Pants System works
If your main priorities are your abs, legs, glutes, and a stable core, the HOME EMS Pants are made precisely for that. You train your lower-body and core muscles efficiently and reduce body fat – in your own home, in a hotel, at the gym, or while exercising outdoors. Any place can become your workout zone.
You train 7 muscle groups simultaneously and adjust each electrode individually and precisely: abs, lower back, adductors, abductors, front and back of the thighs, and glutes. The workout is intense enough to reach the deep muscles throughout the entire core area – in just 20 minutes per week when getting started.
Something we particularly recommend: The Pants are excellent for pelvic floor training and postpartum recovery – for example, when returning to exercise after pregnancy or surgery. Whether your goal is building muscle, improving endurance and fitness, losing weight, or relaxing: you will find the right setting in the free app.
And you are not limited to four walls: jogging, boxing, cycling, yoga, sling training, HIIT, or bodyweight training – you can combine everything with the Pants.

What you need for mobile EMS training
Your eaglefit HOME EMS Pants and the HOME Box, plus a smartphone or tablet with the free eaglefit app – that’s all.
Works on Apple and Android, and can be controlled via the Apple Watch.
Find the right size
The Pants should fit snugly so that the electrodes sit optimally on the muscles. The material is stretchy; if in doubt, choose the smaller size.

Yes, that is one of the reasons they are so popular. By specifically activating the core, they are well suited for pelvic floor training and returning to exercise. However, observe the usage instructions – training is not permitted during pregnancy.
The HOME Pants have 14 electrodes and work via the HOME Box. The CONNECT Pants offer 16 electrodes, separate calf control, and the Mesh Box for group training. HOME is the easier, more affordable way to get started.
When getting started, once a week is enough. After an adjustment period of 8–10 weeks, 2–3 sessions per week are possible.
