The Mini Fitness Band can be used for all body areas and in all performance and training levels. Alone, in a team, as a physiotherapist or personal trainer.

Care and Usage Instructions:

Wash the bands as needed with regular detergents or soap (up to 60°C), preferably with similarly colored items.
Please do not use fabric softener, chlorides, or alcohol for cleaning! Hang the bands loose (not rolled) to dry in fresh air. Do not dry on a radiator or in a dryer!

Do not overstretch the bands, meaning do not extend the stretch to the full end point.

Make sure the bands are not exposed to high heat or direct sunlight for extended periods, as the natural rubber in the bands will dry out and the bands will become unusable.
