Your right choice

The multi-band is available in 2 strengths:

• Beginners (orange): Are you new to sports and want to make your training more effective? Then we recommend starting with the beginner band.
• Professional (green): Do you already train regularly 2-3 times a week? Then the professional resistance band is ideal for taking your training to the next level.

Whether as a supplement to your existing training plan or as your sole training device – the Multi is your perfect companion.

Care and usage instructions:

Wash the ribbons If necessary, use conventional detergents or soap. (up to 60°), preferably with similarly colored laundry items.
Please do not use fabric softener, chlorides, or alcohol when cleaning! Hang the straps to dry. Air dry loosely (not rolled up) in fresh air. Please do not dry on a radiator or in a dryer!

Do not overstretch the ligaments, that is, do not extend the stretch to the complete end point.

Make sure that the straps are not exposed to high heat or direct sunlight for extended periods, as the natural rubber in the straps will otherwise dry out and the straps will become unusable.
