Care and usage instructions:

The band can be washed if needed (up to 60°C), preferably with similarly colored items and with regular detergents or soap.
Do not use fabric softener, chlorides, or alcohol when cleaning! For drying, the bands should be hung loosely (not rolled) in the air. Do not dry on a heater or in a dryer!

The bands should not be overstretched, meaning the stretch should not be extended to the full endpoint. 

To prevent the natural rubber (latex) in the bands from drying out and thus becoming unusable, the bands should not be exposed to high heat or direct sunlight for extended periods.
