eaglefit Alternate KIT - Extension kit with pulley for sling trainer
The extension kit consists of a pulley and a 1.40 m long, 8 mm thick fiber rope. The ends of the fiber rope are designed to allow you to securely and easily attach the carabiners of the grip straps.
The eaglefit® alternate KIT replaces the connecting strap of the Professional Sling Trainer (models 2011-2017). It is also suitable for sling trainers from other manufacturers (you may need a carabiner between the alternate KIT and your sling trainer). Available here: eaglefit carabiner with safety lock) .
By using the eaglefit® alternate KIT you achieve two things:
1. You can now perform all sling training exercises, which are explained in the detailed manual or in the video, with a much higher intensity
2. You can perform completely new movements that are only possible with pulley and rope

Background:
When training with your own body weight, you deliberately place your body in an unstable position. Your core muscles are immediately engaged by performing numerous small balancing movements – a slight swaying/trembling movement similar to balancing on a rope.
Through the This effect is greatly amplified by a pulley . This makes it more difficult for your entire musculoskeletal system to maintain balance, and the exercises become more efficient.
For beginners, we recommend performing the movements without the pulley first. If using the pulley, start slowly and at a low intensity.
