What B-Ware at eaglefit Really Means
Honestly: With most suppliers, you never know what you’re getting when it’s labeled “B-Ware.” That’s why we explain exactly how it works with us.
Our Quality Management Decides – and It Is Relentless
Every product undergoes an inspection when it arrives at our warehouse. Our team looks so closely that they notice things you would never encounter during training: a seam that is not quite straight by one millimeter. A shade of green that differs slightly from our standard. A detail that does not meet our exacting standards one hundred percent.
We do not sell such products as new. They go into our B-Ware range – at a reduced price.
What B-Ware at Our Company Does NOT Mean
- No technical defects. Never. Electronics, electrodes, cables, workmanship – everything is flawless and tested.
- No worn products. As a rule, B-Ware is unworn. In the rare cases where a product has been used, we professionally refurbish and clean it.
- No limited warranty. You receive the full warranty – just like with a new product.
Why the Discount Is Sometimes Small
Because the imperfection is minor. We could reduce the prices further and pretend the products were half-broken – but that would not be honest. For a Suit whose seam deviates minimally from the ideal line, a smaller discount is appropriate. Technically, you receive the identical product.
Who B-Ware Is Worth It For
For anyone who values functionality more than perfect appearance. If you want to train and do not mind a shade that no one except our quality management team would notice, you can save real money here.
Frequently Asked Questions About B-Ware
What exactly is different about B-Ware?
Purely cosmetic details: a seam that is not quite straight, a slightly different shade, or a minor workmanship imperfection. Nothing that affects functionality or durability.
Is B-Ware used?
Generally not – it is unworn. If a product has been used, we professionally refurbish it and clean it thoroughly before putting it up for sale.
Do I have a full warranty?
Yes. B-Ware comes with the same warranty as new products.
Can B-Ware have technical defects?
No. Technical defects never result in a product being classified as B-Ware; such products are excluded instead. Every B-Ware product is 100% fully functional.
Why isn’t the discount larger?
Because the imperfection is minor. A large discount would suggest that something essential is missing – but that is not the case. You receive a technically identical product with a cosmetic imperfection.
Does the standard right of withdrawal apply?
Yes, the same conditions apply as for new products. You can find details in our withdrawal policy.
