This is how the CONNECT EMS system works

With the CONNECT EMS system, you take your training to a new level: highly efficient, flexible, and studio quality. 28 electrodes target 14 muscle groups simultaneously and can be individually controlled via the eaglefit app.

You train chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, upper, middle, and lower back, inner and outer abdominal muscles, glutes, front and back thighs, as well as forearms and calves – for your most intense full-body workout.

With the CONNECT EMS system, you activate especially body-friendly: since muscles in the extremities respond more sensitively to impulses, the electrodes on the forearm are coupled with the biceps and the calves with the hamstrings – for your optimal intensity.

Precisely tailored to your training goal, the system controls 28 full electrodes arranged in 12 groups, which can be individually and precisely adjusted via the eaglefit app.

The app offers you 10 training programs: Fitness, Metabolism, Relaxation, Custom, HIIT, Fat Burning, Explosive Strength, Mobility, Deep Core, and Video Training – so you can control your progress precisely and flexibly.

Thanks to wireless EMS dry technology, you can start training anytime directly. Just 20 minutes per session provide an intense training stimulus.

Optimize your training efficiently: EMS supports you with targeted muscle stimulation to increase your performance and reach your training goals faster.

CONNECT Suit Exercise

Suitable for

With the CONNECT System, you optimize your active and health-oriented lifestyle to the fullest and permanently bring high training quality and performance improvement into your daily life.

Your goal is a time-saving, maximally efficient muscle build-up to support deep muscles and fat burning, promote longevity, maintain your muscle mass, and achieve an overall improved body feeling.

For your mobile EMS training you need

Your eaglefit CONNECT EMS Dry Suit, the corresponding eaglefit CONNECT Box, and a smartphone or tablet with the free eaglefit app.

The app is compatible with Apple and Android devices, and can also be controlled via the Apple Watch.

Choose the right size

Your CONNECT EMS Suit should fit snugly so that the electrodes sit optimally on your muscles and can fully develop their effect. Since the material is very stretchy, you should choose the smaller size if in doubt.

You can find the right size for your EMS Suit using the following table:

Size chart EMS Suit

Example: For chest 108 cm, waist 98 cm, and hips 101 cm, we recommend size XL, feel free to contact our customer support if you have questions.

Frequently asked questions about the CONNECT EMS System

What does Mesh technology mean with the CONNECT Box?
CONNECT Boxes connect to a wireless Mesh network and can act as both transmitter and receiver simultaneously. You control up to 8 people at the same time via the CONNECT App – individually or synchronously. Important: Each person needs their own Suit and a CONNECT Box; control is centralized via one device.

What is the difference compared to the eaglefit PRO System?
The CONNECT System offers additional electrodes for forearms and calves for even more comprehensive muscle coverage. The CONNECT Box is completely newly developed technically and features several functions, some of which are patent-pending.

Can I arrange an installment purchase?
Yes, installment payment/financing is possible – in Germany this is done via PayPal with 0% financing. You can also see this directly on our pages as a note “0% financing in Germany via PayPal.” For orders from abroad, we recommend checking the available financing options via Klarna.

I train twice a week. How often do I need to charge the CONNECT Box?
That depends on your training intensity and whether you use the Mesh function. You can charge it after every third training; the box has overcharge protection and cannot be overcharged.

How often should I train with EMS?
Just 1 training session per week can bring noticeable progress. After an adjustment phase of about 10 weeks, you can increase to up to 3 sessions per week. In practice, 2 sessions per week are the optimal rhythm for many – with at least 48 hours of rest between sessions.

In EMS training, we simulate the bioelectric currents that are usually sent from your brain through your central nervous system to your muscles. Your muscles cannot distinguish where the stimulus comes from—they contract. The currents sent through the electrodes are so low that they can easily be generated by our CONNECT Box. We don’t need cables or a 220 V power outlet for this!

The advantage of time-efficient EMS training is obvious: your muscles work without you having to lift heavy weights. This protects your joints and even allows you to activate muscles deep inside, which are usually hard to train, such as your core muscles in the back. In general, muscle building and fat reduction are stimulated. This counteracts sarcopenia, the loss of muscle mass in people over 50.
With regular training, you will notice that you walk more upright, have more strength in everyday life, and that your entire body becomes firmer and more athletic. Of course, this doesn’t happen overnight, and you shouldn’t overdo the training—even though it’s a lot of fun ;)

Train only once a week for 20 minutes during the first 10 weeks; after this period, there should be at least 48 hours between training sessions. The reason for this lies in creatine kinase.

Brief, non-medical explanation of creatine kinase (CK levels):

Your muscles release waste products into the blood when stressed—the more stress, the more waste products. This is not due to the current or EMS, but to the (intended) muscle exertion.
Similar to after a marathon, it can be measured in your blood that CK levels rise after training. CK levels are broken down by the liver and kidneys. For this to work, you need to give your body about 48 hours and drink plenty of water (plain water without carbonation or juice) .Again: CK levels rise due to muscle work, not because of the current.

If you give your body the necessary time (also for regeneration) and take the contraindications seriously, the eaglefit CONNECT EMS system provides you with a perfect tool to perform health-promoting training with little effort and in a very short time. You can tone your body, build muscle, or reduce fat.

Explanation and studies on why back pain can be alleviated with EMS training

Electromyostimulation (EMS) is a method of muscle stimulation that transmits electrical impulses to the nerve fibers of the muscle to trigger a contraction of the muscle fibers. This stimulation allows muscles to be trained, strengthened, and built without putting high strain on the joints and spine. This can be especially beneficial for people with back problems, as many back pains can be caused by weakness or instability of the back and abdominal muscles. EMS training can target and effectively train these muscles to stabilize the spine and improve posture.

Several studies have investigated the effectiveness of EMS training in treating back pain. A 2017 meta-analysis summarizing the results of multiple studies concluded that "EMS training in patients with chronic nonspecific back pain can significantly improve pain, muscle strength, and physical function" (Source: Rabello et al., J Back Musculoskelet Rehabil, 2017).

Another study from 2016 found that EMS training can help improve muscle strength and clinical symptoms in older adults with chronic back pain (Source: Kemmler et al., Aging Clin Exp Res, 2016).

EMS training can also help improve blood circulation and metabolism in the back area. By stimulating the muscles and tissue, blood flow and oxygen levels increase, which can promote healing and regeneration of injured or irritated tissue. This can also reduce pain and improve the flexibility and mobility of the spine.

Another possible mechanism by which EMS training can relieve back pain is the reduction of stress and muscle tension. EMS training can help increase the release of endorphins and other relaxation hormones that reduce pain and anxiety. Additionally, EMS training can relieve tension caused by everyday strain on the spine by targeting specific muscle areas. Overall, there are several plausible hypotheses and studies suggesting that EMS training from eaglefit can be an effective method for relieving back pain. However, further research is needed to explore the long-term effects and optimal training conditions.

Regular training with the EMS suit can help you reduce your measurements, build muscle, and reduce fat. You don’t need expensive and unhealthy medications or even injections to lose weight.
