Who the EMS BELT 2.0 is made for

Honestly, the BELT 2.0 isn't a full-body suit—and that's exactly its advantage. If your main focus is your stomach and lower back, but you don't have the time or desire for a full workout, the BELT is just right for you. Put it on and target the muscles that take the most strain in everyday life—front, sides, and lower back.

The great thing about it: It's so slim and discreet that you can wear it under your clothes—at work, while walking, doing housework, in the car, on the train, or to support your workout. That way, you can do something for your muscles without having to set aside extra time.

An extension piece is included, allowing you to adjust the size flexibly – it is already accounted for in the maximum size specification.

Easy to use

The BELT 2.0 is easy to use: The 6 electrodes are controlled via the handy BELT 2.0 Box and the app on your smartphone. Adjust the intensity to suit how you feel – from a gentle start to a strong stimulus.

Thanks to the hook-and-loop fastener, it takes just seconds to put on and fasten, all by yourself. And because the box is removable, the belt is easy to clean by hand washing or, if needed, in the machine on a gentle cycle at 30 °C.

• Size S: for a waist circumference of 65 cm – 125 cm (with extension piece)
• Size L: for a waist circumference of 95 cm – 160 cm (with extension piece)

Important instructions for use

People under the age of 14, those with heart problems or other cardiovascular conditions, electrical implants, metabolic disorders (e.g., type I or II diabetes, thyroid, liver, or kidney conditions), cancer, an abdominal wall or inguinal hernia, those who are pregnant or undergoing chemotherapy MUST NOT do this workout! We recommend EMS training only for adults.
