Who the EMS BELT 2.0 is made for
To be completely honest: the BELT 2.0 is not a full-body suit—and that is exactly its advantage. If your main focus is your abdomen and lower back, but you don’t have the time or inclination for a complete workout, the BELT is just right for you. Put it on and target the muscles that suffer most in everyday life—front, sides, and lower back.
The best part: It is so flat and discreet that you can wear it under your clothing—at work, while walking, doing housework, in the car, on the train, or as a complement to your workout. This lets you work your muscles without having to set aside extra time for it.
An extension piece is included so you can adjust the size flexibly—it is already taken into account in the maximum size specification.
Easy to use
The BELT 2.0 is easy to use: The 6 electrodes are controlled via the handy BELT 2.0 Box and the app on your smartphone. Adjust the intensity according to how it feels—from a gentle start to a strong stimulus.
Putting it on and fastening it takes just seconds thanks to the hook-and-loop fastener, and you can do it all by yourself. Since the box is removable, the belt is easy to clean by hand washing or, if needed, in the machine on a gentle cycle at 30 °C.

Important application instructions
People under 14 years of age, those with heart problems or other cardiovascular conditions, electrical implants, metabolic diseases (e.g. type I or II diabetes or thyroid, liver, or kidney conditions), cancer, an abdominal-wall or inguinal hernia, those who are pregnant or undergoing chemotherapy MUST NOT perform this training! We recommend using EMS training only from adulthood onwards.
