B-Ware: CONNECT EMS additional suit with 28 electrodes – technically new, only not visually perfect
The second suit for your existing CONNECT system. Full warranty.
This suit contains no CONNECT Box. You cannot train without a box – the box controls the electrodes and is essential.
The suit is therefore only for you if you already own a CONNECT Box. If you are new to the system, you instead need the CONNECT EMS complete system with box.
Our quality management team inspects incoming goods so closely that it notices things you would never encounter during training: a seam that is not quite straight by one millimeter. A shade of green that differs minimally from our standard.
We do not sell such suits as new products – but at a lower price as B-Ware.
What this means for you: No technical defects, ever. Usually unworn – and if a suit has been used, we have professionally refurbished and cleaned it. Full warranty, just like new goods.
When a second suit makes sense
There are two typical reasons why people get a second suit:
For training as a pair. If your partner, a family member, or a training buddy would like to join in, all you need is a second suit – you can share the box and take turns training. This is significantly cheaper than a second complete system.
As a change of suit. Anyone who trains regularly appreciates always having a fresh suit ready to use – without having to wait for the laundry.
Just note: For simultaneous training, each person needs their own CONNECT Box. With one box, only one person can train at a time.
The suit in detail
You train your chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, upper, middle, and lower back, inner and outer abdominal muscles, glutes, front and back thighs, as well as forearms and calves – 14 muscle groups via 28 electrodes.
The CONNECT system activates muscles in a particularly body-conscious way: Since muscles in the extremities respond more sensitively to impulses, the electrodes on the forearms are paired with the biceps, and those on the calves with the hamstrings.
Thanks to EMS dry technology, you can start right away—no dampening and no damp functional underwear. Put it on, attach the box, and get started.
Finding the right size
Your CONNECT EMS Suit should fit snugly so that the electrodes sit optimally on your muscles and deliver their full effect. Since the material is highly elastic, choose the smaller size if in doubt.
A practical example: With a chest measurement of 108 cm, a waist measurement of 98 cm, and a hip measurement of 101 cm, I would recommend size XL. If you are unsure, our customer support team will be happy to help.
Important usage instructions
People under 14, people with heart problems or other cardiovascular conditions, electrical implants, metabolic disorders (e.g., type I or II diabetes or thyroid, liver, or kidney disease), cancer, an abdominal wall or inguinal hernia, as well as pregnant people or those undergoing chemotherapy MUST NOT perform this training! We recommend EMS training only from adulthood onward.
Before use, please carefully read the contraindications and safety instructions in the product description and User manual.
Questions I am asked most frequently
No. This is an additional Suit without a box. You absolutely need a CONNECT Box to train. If you do not have one yet, you need the CONNECT Komplettsystem.
Only with two boxes. With one CONNECT Box, one person trains at a time, so you take turns. Each person can save their own settings in the app.
Purely cosmetic details: a seam that is not quite straight, a slightly different shade of color, or a minor manufacturing flaw. Nothing that affects functionality or durability.
Usually not—it has not been worn. If a Suit has been used, we professionally refurbished and cleaned it before putting it up for sale.
Yes. B-Ware comes with the same warranty as new products from us. Technical defects never result in B-Ware; instead, the product is excluded from sale.

We recommend hand washing for the eaglefit CONNECT EMS Suit.
Alternatively, you can wash the Suit in a laundry bag in the washing machine on a gentle/delicate cycle at 30 °C. Close the zipper and all Velcro fasteners beforehand.
We recommend using a mild detergent (e.g., eaglefit Lavendelkraft or DENAA+ WASH from our webshop). Never use caustic solvents/abrasives, disinfectants, or detergents with additives like chlorine or bleach. If the Suit is still too wet after washing, you can spin it at a maximum of 400 rpm in the spin cycle. To dry, simply hang the Suit on a hanger and let it air dry – preferably with the electrode pairs facing outward.
Never dry your eaglefit EMS clothing in a tumble dryer and never expose it to direct UV radiation. This can cause damage to the material.
In EMS training, we simulate the bioelectric currents that are usually sent from your brain through your central nervous system to your muscles. Your muscles cannot distinguish where the stimulus comes from—they contract. The currents sent through the electrodes are so low that they can easily be generated by our CONNECT Box. We don’t need cables or a 220 V power outlet for this!
The advantage of time-efficient EMS training is obvious: your muscles work without you having to lift heavy weights. This protects your joints and even allows you to activate muscles deep inside, which are usually hard to train, such as your core muscles in the back. In general, muscle building and fat reduction are stimulated. This counteracts sarcopenia, the loss of muscle mass in people over 50.
With regular training, you will notice that you walk more upright, have more strength in everyday life, and that your entire body becomes firmer and more athletic. Of course, this doesn’t happen overnight, and you shouldn’t overdo the training—even though it’s a lot of fun ;)
Train only once a week for 20 minutes during the first 10 weeks; after this period, there should be at least 48 hours between training sessions. The reason for this lies in creatine kinase.
Brief, non-medical explanation of creatine kinase (CK levels):
Your muscles release waste products into the blood when stressed—the more stress, the more waste products. This is not due to the current or EMS, but to the (intended) muscle exertion.
Similar to after a marathon, it can be measured in your blood that CK levels rise after training. CK levels are broken down by the liver and kidneys. For this to work, you need to give your body about 48 hours and drink plenty of water (plain water without carbonation or juice) .Again: CK levels rise due to muscle work, not because of the current.
If you give your body the necessary time (also for regeneration) and take the contraindications seriously, the eaglefit CONNECT EMS system provides you with a perfect tool to perform health-promoting training with little effort and in a very short time. You can tone your body, build muscle, or reduce fat.
Explanation and studies on why back pain can be alleviated with EMS training
Electromyostimulation (EMS) is a method of muscle stimulation that transmits electrical impulses to the nerve fibers of the muscle to trigger a contraction of the muscle fibers. This stimulation allows muscles to be trained, strengthened, and built without putting high strain on the joints and spine. This can be especially beneficial for people with back problems, as many back pains can be caused by weakness or instability of the back and abdominal muscles. EMS training can target and effectively train these muscles to stabilize the spine and improve posture.
Several studies have investigated the effectiveness of EMS training in treating back pain. A 2017 meta-analysis summarizing the results of multiple studies concluded that "EMS training in patients with chronic nonspecific back pain can significantly improve pain, muscle strength, and physical function" (Source: Rabello et al., J Back Musculoskelet Rehabil, 2017).
Another study from 2016 found that EMS training can help improve muscle strength and clinical symptoms in older adults with chronic back pain (Source: Kemmler et al., Aging Clin Exp Res, 2016).
EMS training can also help improve blood circulation and metabolism in the back area. By stimulating the muscles and tissue, blood flow and oxygen levels increase, which can promote healing and regeneration of injured or irritated tissue. This can also reduce pain and improve the flexibility and mobility of the spine.
Another possible mechanism by which EMS training can relieve back pain is the reduction of stress and muscle tension. EMS training can help increase the release of endorphins and other relaxation hormones that reduce pain and anxiety. Additionally, EMS training can relieve tension caused by everyday strain on the spine by targeting specific muscle areas. Overall, there are several plausible hypotheses and studies suggesting that EMS training from eaglefit can be an effective method for relieving back pain. However, further research is needed to explore the long-term effects and optimal training conditions.
Regular training with the EMS suit can help you reduce your measurements, build muscle, and reduce fat. You don’t need expensive and unhealthy medications or even injections to lose weight.
