With the help of the door anchor, you can transform almost any free space in front of a door into your personal workout zone. You need approximately 1 meter to the left and right and approximately 2 meters in front of the door as a training area for your sling training. The door anchor is quick and easy to install, offers you secure support for training, and can be removed quickly and easily – without leaving any trace. The strap between the carabiner and the door further protects the door from damage.

You don't need to mount a bracket in the ceiling or wall, just hang the door anchor between the door frame and the door leaf.
