What makes this bar special
Most pull-up bars are rigidly screwed to the wall. Ours hangs freely—and that is precisely the difference you’ll notice from your very first pull-up.
Because the bar is suspended flexibly from a rope and strap, your body must constantly stabilize itself. This activates the deep stabilizing muscles significantly more intensely than a fixed bar—and it helps correct muscular imbalances caused by one-sided sports (golf, tennis) or everyday work (long periods of sitting, heavy lifting). Your stronger side can no longer simply compensate.
What’s more, ash wood feels warm and provides a secure grip, even with sweaty hands. No cold metal, no slipping.
Handcrafted from local ash
Every eaglefit pull-up bar is truly unique. Made from carefully selected local ash and crafted with precision by hand by a regional wheelwright—a traditional craft that is now rarely practiced. The natural grain makes every bar unique.
The oiled surface (KUNOS Natural Oil, Seal No. 244 – data sheet) protects against moisture and sweaty hands and ensures a smooth grip.
As an added benefit, the curved shape and elegant wood look great even when no one is training—whether in the living room, office, or practice.

Attachment – how to hang it
Thanks to the length-adjustable strap (41–177 cm), you can flexibly adjust the height to suit the room and training area. You can find the detailed instructions here in the instruction manual.
With a ceiling mount for suspended ceilings or a ceiling attachment (neither included), simply attach the rope ends using the carabiners.
For very high rooms over 350 cm or for training on a tree, we also recommend our 4 m sling for beams or branches (not included).
Care
As a natural product, the wood may slightly change color over time due to UV light—this is normal and does not affect its quality. A slightly damp cotton cloth is all that is needed for care.
Fits perfectly with your Sling-Trainer
Do you already have an eaglefit Sling-Trainer? Then you can also use its fastening strap for the pull-up bar – and vice versa. In that case, the more affordable BASIC pull-up bar (rope only, without a strap) is all you need. This way, you save on accessories you already have.
Can’t do a pull-up yet?
No problem – that’s how almost everyone feels at first. Our natural latex fitness band takes some of the weight off, allowing you to practice with good form and build strength step by step. Most people achieve their first unassisted pull-up sooner than they think.
The questions I’m asked most often
Both bars are identical: locally sourced ash, curved, 60 or 100 cm, up to 100 kg. The difference is in the scope of delivery – the EXCLUSIVE additionally includes the length-adjustable fastening strap (41–177 cm, in four colors). The BASIC comes with rope and carabiners, without a strap. If you already have a strap from a Sling-Trainer, the BASIC is all you need.
Because your body has to stabilize itself with every repetition. This activates the deep muscles more intensely and balances out muscular imbalances – your stronger side cannot compensate for the weaker one.
Up to 100 kg. Please note that this refers to the body weight of the person training.
Oiled wood is protected against moisture and sweaty hands and offers a smoother grip – ideal for regular training. Untreated wood provides especially good grip and can be treated individually with oil or wax.
100 cm gives you more room for wide grips and grip variations. 60 cm is the more space-saving choice for smaller rooms.
The adjustable strap (41–177 cm) covers standard room heights. For rooms over 350 cm, you’ll also need our 4 m sling.
