Why HOME is the right way to get started

If you’re new to EMS and want to take your time trying it out to see whether it’s right for you, HOME is made for exactly that. With this proven system, you can strengthen your muscles and reduce body fat – at home, in a hotel, at the gym, or while exercising outdoors.

The cordless EMS Suit with 20 dry electrodes is easy to use: put it on, attach the Box, connect the app, and get started. Honestly, just 1 x 20 minutes per week is enough to get started – especially when your schedule is already packed, it’s a hurdle that truly anyone can overcome.

An advantage for later: The HOME Box can also be combined with the HOME EMS Pants and the HOME EMS Vest – so you can start small and expand over time.

Turn any place into your workout zone: Whether your goal is building muscle, improving endurance, losing weight, getting fit, relaxing, or getting back into exercise after surgery or with limited mobility, you’ll find the right setting in the free app. And you’re not tied to four walls: jogging, boxing, cycling, yoga, suspension training, HIIT, or bodyweight training – you can combine it all with the Suit.

Find the right size

The Suit should fit snugly—the electrodes can only make proper contact with your muscles this way. The material is stretchy, so if in doubt, choose the smaller size.

Size chart for the eaglefit EMS Suit

A practical example: With a chest measurement of 108 cm, a waist measurement of 98 cm, and hip measurement of 101 cm, we recommend size XL—also because the waist circumference usually decreases soon with training. If you're unsure, our customer support will be happy to contact you.

Important instructions for use

Persons under 14 years of age, with heart problems or other diseases of the cardiovascular system, electrical implants, metabolic diseases (e.g., type I or II diabetes, diseases of the thyroid, liver, or kidneys), cancer, an abdominal wall or inguinal hernia, who are pregnant or undergoing chemotherapy, must NOT perform this training! We recommend EMS training only from adulthood onward.

Before use, please carefully read the contraindications and safety instructions in the product description and user manual.

The questions we are asked most frequently

I've never trained with EMS before—is HOME right for me?
Yes, HOME is our entry-level model. To start, one 20-minute session per week is enough, and if you wish, you can receive a free personal introduction from our personal trainer.
What is the difference compared to the PRO System?
HOME has 20 electrodes for 10 muscle groups. The PRO System offers 24 electrodes, with additional shoulder electrodes and more abdominal electrodes—for an even more intense workout.
Do I need damp functional underwear?
No. The HOME Suit uses dry technology—put it on, attach the box, and get started.
How often should I train?
To get started, once a week is enough. After an adjustment period of 8–10 weeks, 2–3 sessions per week are possible—with sufficient breaks in between.

In EMS training, we simulate the currents that are usually sent from your brain through your central nervous system to your muscles. Your muscles cannot distinguish where the stimulus comes from—they contract. The currents sent through the electrodes are so low that they can easily be generated by our HOME Box. We don’t need cables or a 220 V power outlet for this!

The advantage of EMS training is obvious: your muscles work without you having to lift heavy weights. Your joints are protected, and you can even activate deep muscles that are usually hard to train, such as your core muscles in the back.
With regular training, you will notice that you walk more upright, have more strength in everyday life, and that your entire body becomes firmer and more athletic. Of course, this doesn’t happen overnight, and you shouldn’t overdo the training—even if it’s fun ;)

Train only once a week for 20 minutes during the first 10 weeks; after that, there should be at least 48 hours between training sessions. The reason for this lies in creatine kinase.

Brief, non-medical explanation of creatine kinase (CK values):

Your muscles release waste products into the blood during exertion—the more exertion, the more waste products. This is not due to the current or EMS, but to the (intended) muscle effort.
Similar to after a marathon, it can be measured in your blood that CK values rise after training. CK values are broken down by the liver and kidneys. For this to work, you need to give your body about 48 hours and drink plenty of water (plain water without carbonation or juice) .Again: CK values rise due to muscle work, not due to the current.

If you give your body the necessary time (also for regeneration) and take the contraindications seriously, you will have a perfect tool with the eaglefit HOME EMS system to perform health-promoting training without great effort and in a very short time. You can tone your body, build muscle, or lose fat.

Summary / Experience:

The HOME EMS Suit from eaglefit is an innovative training device specially developed for use at home. The Suit uses EMS technology (electrical muscle stimulation) to activate and train targeted muscle groups. The dry suit design allows you to train without water, making your workout more comfortable and easier. The Suit is made from high-quality materials and features various intensity levels to customize your training. With the HOME EMS Suit from eaglefit, you can easily achieve your fitness goals and improve your muscle strength and endurance.

Please clean the HOME Box only with a soft cloth and DO NOT wash it or expose it to water.

We recommend hand washing for the eaglefit® HOME EMS Suit..
Alternatively, you can wash the Suit in a laundry bag in the washing machine on a gentle/delicate cycle at 30 °C. Close the zipper and all Velcro fasteners beforehand.

We recommend using a mild detergent (e.g., ECOVER
or Frosch Color or the liquid detergent DENAA+ WASH from our webshop). Never use caustic solvents/abrasives, disinfectants, or detergents with additives like chlorine or bleach. If the Suit is still too wet after washing, you can spin it at a maximum of 400 rpm in the spin cycle. To dry, simply hang the Suit on a hanger and let it air dry – preferably with the electrode pairs facing outward.

Never dry the eaglefit® HOME EMS Suit in a tumble dryer and never expose it to direct UV radiation. This can cause damage to the material.
