eaglefit PRO EMS System—for ambitious, studio-quality training

24 electrodes for 12 muscle groups—wireless, deep-acting, in 20 minutes.

  • 24 electrodes for 12 muscle groups: significantly greater coverage—especially noticeable around the shoulders, waist, and abdomen.
  • New shoulder electrodes: targeting exactly the area that weakens for many people over the years.
  • 4 abdominal electrodes: they also work on the middle abdominal area.
  • Combinable: the PRO Box fits the HOME Suit, EMS Pants, and EMS Vest just as well.
  • 20 minutes is enough: at home, in the office, at the gym, or outdoors.

Why we recommend the PRO System to many more experienced trainees

The eaglefit PRO EMS System was developed here in Germany, and honestly, it is exactly the device we recommend to people who no longer want to spend endless hours at the gym but still want to feel that something is happening. At home, in a hotel, at the office, or while exercising outdoors—the training adapts to your everyday life, not the other way around.

An advantage many only come to appreciate later: The PRO Box can be combined with the HOME Suit, the EMS Pants, and the EMS Vest—so you can expand over time instead of having to buy everything new right away.

The Suit is wireless, and the training works deep into the muscles. In practice, that means 20 minutes, and you have genuinely accomplished something—not just worked up a little sweat.

What matters to us: EMS also targets the deep muscles, especially around the spine. That is precisely why many of our customers over 40 tell us they experience fewer back problems. This is not a miracle cure, but an honest, noticeable effect.

What sets this Suit apart from our entry-level model

  • 24 electrodes instead of 20—noticeably more coverage
  • Large electrodes where the large muscle groups are located
  • New shoulder electrodes (deltoid muscle)—an area many people otherwise neglect during training
  • 4 instead of 2 abdominal electrodes for stronger activation of the abdominal muscles
  • An additional pair of electrodes around the navel specifically targets the central abdominal area
  • Overall: a more intense, deeper-acting workout

How to start your workout

  • Attach the PRO Box to the side of your Suit—it controls the sewn-in electrodes that specifically stimulate your muscles via the nerves
  • Connect the app to your phone, tablet, or Apple Watch
  • Choose one of the training programs: Fitness, Metabolism, Relaxation, Individual pulse settings, FatBurning, Video training, HIIT, Explosive strength, or Mobility
  • Set the intensity for each muscle group and start your workout—once saved, your profile will be available in exactly the same way next time

What you need for your mobile EMS training

Your eaglefit EMS dry Suit and the PRO Box, plus a smartphone or tablet with the free eaglefit app—that’s all you need.

Works on Apple and Android and can be controlled via the Apple Watch.

Finding the right size

The Suit should fit snugly—the electrodes can only sit directly on your muscles this way. The material is stretchy, so if in doubt, choose the smaller size.

Size chart for the eaglefit EMS Suit

A practical example: With a chest measurement of 108 cm, a waist measurement of 98 cm, and a hip measurement of 101 cm, we recommend size XL—also because your waist circumference usually decreases soon with training. If you’re unsure, our customer support team will be happy to contact you.

Important instructions for use

People under the age of 14, those with heart problems or other diseases of the cardiovascular system, electrical implants, metabolic disorders (e.g. type I or II diabetes, thyroid, liver, or kidney diseases), cancer, an abdominal wall or inguinal hernia, those who are pregnant or undergoing chemotherapy, MUST NOT perform this training! We recommend EMS training only from adulthood onward.

Please carefully read the contraindications and safety instructions in the product description and user manual before use.

The questions we are asked most often

What distinguishes the PRO from the HOME system?
24 instead of 20 electrodes, plus shoulder electrodes and a total of 4 abdominal electrodes—you’ll notice the difference especially in the shoulders and midsection.
And what is the difference compared with the CONNECT system?
CONNECT additionally offers electrodes for the forearms and calves, as well as a newly developed box launched at the end of 2025—without hook-and-loop fasteners, with longer battery life and mesh technology for group training.
Can I use the PRO Box with other suits?
Yes. The PRO Box can also control HOME suits, the EMS Pants, and the EMS Vest.
How often should I train?
To get started, once a week is sufficient. After an adjustment period of 8–10 weeks, 2–3 sessions per week are possible—with enough rest in between.

In EMS training, we simulate the bioelectric currents that are usually sent from your brain through your central nervous system to your muscles. Your muscles cannot distinguish where the stimulus comes from—they contract. The currents sent through the electrodes are so low that they can easily be generated by our PRO Box. We don’t need any cables or a 220 V power outlet for this!

The advantage of time-efficient EMS training is obvious: your muscles work without you having to lift heavy weights. This protects your joints and even allows you to activate deep muscles that are usually hard to train, such as your core muscles in the back. In general, muscle building and fat reduction are stimulated. It also counteracts sarcopenia, the loss of muscle mass in people over 50.
With regular training, you will notice that you walk more upright, have more strength in everyday life, and that your entire body becomes firmer and more athletic. Of course, this doesn’t happen overnight, and you shouldn’t overdo the training—even though it’s a lot of fun ;)

Train only once a week for 20 minutes during the first 10 weeks; after this period, there should be at least 48 hours between training sessions. The reason for this lies in creatine kinase.

Brief, non-medical explanation of creatine kinase (CK levels):

Your muscles release waste products into the blood during exertion—the more exertion, the more waste products. This is not due to the current or EMS, but to the (intended) muscle effort.
Similar to after a marathon, it can be measured in your blood that CK levels rise after training. CK levels are broken down by the liver and kidneys. For this to work, you need to give your body about 48 hours and drink plenty of water (plain water without carbonation or juice) .Again: CK levels rise due to muscle work, not because of the current.

If you give your body the necessary time (also for regeneration) and take the contraindications seriously, the eaglefit PRO EMS system provides you with a perfect tool to perform health-promoting training with little effort and in a very short time. You can tone your body, build muscle, or reduce fat.

Explanation and studies on why EMS training can relieve back pain

Electromyostimulation (EMS) is a method of muscle stimulation that transmits electrical impulses to the nerve fibers of the muscle to trigger a contraction of the muscle fibers. This stimulation allows muscles to be trained, strengthened, and built without putting high strain on the joints and spine. This can be especially beneficial for people with back problems, as many back pains can be caused by weakness or instability of the back and abdominal muscles. EMS training can target and effectively train these muscles to stabilize the spine and improve posture.

Several studies have investigated the effectiveness of EMS training in treating back pain. A 2017 meta-analysis summarizing the results of multiple studies concluded that "EMS training in patients with chronic nonspecific back pain can significantly improve pain, muscle strength, and physical function" (Source: Rabello et al., J Back Musculoskelet Rehabil, 2017).

Another study from 2016 found that EMS training can help improve muscle strength and clinical symptoms in older adults with chronic back pain (Source: Kemmler et al., Aging Clin Exp Res, 2016).

EMS training can also help improve blood circulation and metabolism in the back area. By stimulating the muscles and tissue, blood flow and oxygen levels increase, which can promote healing and regeneration of injured or irritated tissue. This can also reduce pain and improve the flexibility and mobility of the spine.

Another possible mechanism by which EMS training can relieve back pain is the reduction of stress and muscle tension. EMS training can help increase the release of endorphins and other relaxation hormones that reduce pain and anxiety. Additionally, EMS training can relieve tension caused by everyday strain on the spine through targeted stimulation of specific muscle areas. Overall, there are several plausible hypotheses and studies suggesting that EMS training from eaglefit can be an effective method for relieving back pain. However, further research is needed to explore the long-term effects and optimal training conditions.

Regular training with the EMS suit can help you reduce your measurements, build muscle, and reduce fat. You don’t need expensive and unhealthy medications or even injections to lose weight.

Please clean the PRO Box only with a soft cloth and DO NOT wash it or expose it to water.

We recommend hand washing for the eaglefit® PRO EMS Suit.. Alternatively, you can wash the Suit in a laundry bag in the washing machine on a gentle/delicate cycle at 30 °C. Close the zipper and all Velcro fasteners beforehand.

We recommend using a mild detergent (e.g., one of the liquid detergents Lavendelkraft or DENAA+ WASH from our webshop). Never use caustic solvents/abrasives, disinfectants, or detergents with additives like chlorine or bleach. If the Suit is still too wet after washing, you can spin it at a maximum of 400 rpm in the spin cycle. To dry, simply hang the Suit on a hanger and let it air dry – preferably with the electrode pairs facing outward.

Never dry the eaglefit® PRO EMS Suit in a tumble dryer and never expose it to direct UV radiation. This can cause damage to the material.
