eaglefit PRO EMS System - the high-tech training at home, in the studio, at the office, or on the go!

Video: Experience eaglefit PRO EMS in action

With the eaglefit PRO EMS System developed in Germany, you strengthen your muscles and reduce your body fat – at home, in a hotel, in the studio, at the office, or during outdoor sports, e.g., golfing.

Maximum flexibility: The PRO Box can be seamlessly combined with the HOME EMS Suit, the EMS Pants, and EMS Vest.

The wireless eaglefit PRO EMS Dry Suit enables a high-intensity, deep-acting EMS workout. You train your body optimally and very time-efficiently in just 20 minutes per session – whenever and wherever YOU want.

Turn any place into your workout zone

Whether your goal is muscle building, endurance, weight loss, fitness, relaxation, or returning after surgery – our free app offers suitable workouts and settings. You can do your EMS training both indoors and outdoors – e.g., jogging, cycling, yoga, HIIT, sling training, or bodyweight training.

EMS specifically activates your deep muscles, such as those around the spine. This can help relieve back pain, prevent herniated discs, or rebuild muscles after surgery. This makes EMS ideal for holistic health, regeneration, and longevity – or better said: Strongevity. 😉

Find the right size for your EMS Suit using the following chart:

Size chart EMS Suit

Keep in mind that the eaglefit EMS Suit should fit snugly and that the material is stretchy. When in doubt, choose the smaller size.
If, for example, your measurements are chest 108, waist 98, and hips 101, we recommend "XL" – also considering that you will likely reduce your waist circumference quickly.

Important application notes

Persons under 14 years old, those with heart problems or other cardiovascular diseases, electrical implants, metabolic diseases (e.g., Type I or II diabetes, thyroid, liver, or kidney diseases), cancer, abdominal or inguinal hernia, pregnant women, or those undergoing chemotherapy MUST NOT perform this training! We recommend EMS training only in adulthood.

Please read the contraindications and safety instructions carefully before use in the product description and the user manual.

This EMS Suit sets standards:

  • Latest EMS technology with 24 electrodes
  • Large electrodes for the major muscle groups
  • New shoulder electrodes (deltoid muscle)
  • A total of 4 (!) abdominal electrodes to activate your abdominal muscles even more
  • Another pair of electrodes now positioned below and above the navel specifically targets the middle abdominal muscles => six-pack
  • Due to the number and arrangement of electrodes, your training is significantly more intense, deeper-acting, and even more fun

Video: How your EMS system works so easily:

The video shows the eaglefit PRO EMS System in practical use. It demonstrates how the wireless dry EMS Suit is put on, how the PRO Box is attached on the side, and how control is done via the eaglefit App. The system enables an intensive full-body workout with 24 electrodes that activate almost all major muscle groups simultaneously.

Thanks to the wireless design, you train completely flexibly – at home, in the studio, or outdoors. The video demonstrates typical training situations such as functional exercises, kickboxing, or bodyweight training. You can see how EMS training supports classic movements and specifically targets the deep muscles.

The eaglefit PRO EMS System is suitable for muscle building, performance enhancement, regeneration, and health-oriented training. Thanks to individual intensity settings, each muscle group can be adjusted separately – for beginners as well as ambitious athletes.

In EMS training, we simulate the bioelectric currents that are usually sent from your brain through your central nervous system to your muscles. Your muscles cannot distinguish where the stimulus comes from—they contract. The currents sent through the electrodes are so low that they can easily be generated by our PRO Box. We don’t need any cables or a 220 V power outlet for this!

The advantage of time-efficient EMS training is obvious: your muscles work without you having to lift heavy weights. This protects your joints and even allows you to activate deep muscles that are usually hard to train, such as your core muscles in the back. In general, muscle building and fat reduction are stimulated. It also counteracts sarcopenia, the loss of muscle mass in people over 50.
With regular training, you will notice that you walk more upright, have more strength in everyday life, and that your entire body becomes firmer and more athletic. Of course, this doesn’t happen overnight, and you shouldn’t overdo the training—even though it’s a lot of fun ;)

Train only once a week for 20 minutes during the first 10 weeks; after this period, there should be at least 48 hours between training sessions. The reason for this lies in creatine kinase.

Brief, non-medical explanation of creatine kinase (CK levels):

Your muscles release waste products into the blood during exertion—the more exertion, the more waste products. This is not due to the current or EMS, but to the (intended) muscle effort.
Similar to after a marathon, it can be measured in your blood that CK levels rise after training. CK levels are broken down by the liver and kidneys. For this to work, you need to give your body about 48 hours and drink plenty of water (plain water without carbonation or juice) .Again: CK levels rise due to muscle work, not because of the current.

If you give your body the necessary time (also for regeneration) and take the contraindications seriously, the eaglefit PRO EMS system provides you with a perfect tool to perform health-promoting training with little effort and in a very short time. You can tone your body, build muscle, or reduce fat.

Explanation and studies on why EMS training can relieve back pain

Electromyostimulation (EMS) is a method of muscle stimulation that transmits electrical impulses to the nerve fibers of the muscle to trigger a contraction of the muscle fibers. This stimulation allows muscles to be trained, strengthened, and built without putting high strain on the joints and spine. This can be especially beneficial for people with back problems, as many back pains can be caused by weakness or instability of the back and abdominal muscles. EMS training can target and effectively train these muscles to stabilize the spine and improve posture.

Several studies have investigated the effectiveness of EMS training in treating back pain. A 2017 meta-analysis summarizing the results of multiple studies concluded that "EMS training in patients with chronic nonspecific back pain can significantly improve pain, muscle strength, and physical function" (Source: Rabello et al., J Back Musculoskelet Rehabil, 2017).

Another study from 2016 found that EMS training can help improve muscle strength and clinical symptoms in older adults with chronic back pain (Source: Kemmler et al., Aging Clin Exp Res, 2016).

EMS training can also help improve blood circulation and metabolism in the back area. By stimulating the muscles and tissue, blood flow and oxygen levels increase, which can promote healing and regeneration of injured or irritated tissue. This can also reduce pain and improve the flexibility and mobility of the spine.

Another possible mechanism by which EMS training can relieve back pain is the reduction of stress and muscle tension. EMS training can help increase the release of endorphins and other relaxation hormones that reduce pain and anxiety. Additionally, EMS training can relieve tension caused by everyday strain on the spine through targeted stimulation of specific muscle areas. Overall, there are several plausible hypotheses and studies suggesting that EMS training from eaglefit can be an effective method for relieving back pain. However, further research is needed to explore the long-term effects and optimal training conditions.

Regular training with the EMS suit can help you reduce your measurements, build muscle, and reduce fat. You don’t need expensive and unhealthy medications or even injections to lose weight.

Please clean the PRO Box only with a soft cloth and DO NOT wash it or expose it to water.

We recommend hand washing for the eaglefit® PRO EMS Suit.. Alternatively, you can wash the Suit in a laundry bag in the washing machine on a gentle/delicate cycle at 30 °C. Close the zipper and all Velcro fasteners beforehand.

We recommend using a mild detergent (e.g., one of the liquid detergents Lavendelkraft or DENAA+ WASH from our webshop). Never use caustic solvents/abrasives, disinfectants, or detergents with additives like chlorine or bleach. If the Suit is still too wet after washing, you can spin it at a maximum of 400 rpm in the spin cycle. To dry, simply hang the Suit on a hanger and let it air dry – preferably with the electrode pairs facing outward.

Never dry the eaglefit® PRO EMS Suit in a tumble dryer and never expose it to direct UV radiation. This can cause damage to the material.

Question: Do I have to wet the EMS Suit ??
Answer: No, since we are working here with a real drySuit, which no longer has cotton (=non-conductor) over the electrodes, this suit works dry. Because the electrodes lie directly on the skin, the current can be transmitted better and over a larger area. The impulse penetrates deeper into the muscle, and the feeling is more pleasant than with EMS clothing. If you have very dry skin or heavy body hair, it may be useful to use an electrode gel. The electrodes conduct in the dry state; the skin must be slightly moist to conduct well.

Question: How many electrodes are in the suit and where are they placed?
Answer: There are 24 electrodes, i.e., 12 electrode pairs sewn into the suit, which can be controlled individually; Placement: shoulder, biceps, triceps, chest, upper back, middle back, lower back, buttocks, inner abdomen, outer abdomen, front thigh, and back thigh. It is important that you can, for example, control triceps and biceps separately.

Question: If I purchase this system, can my partner then use the PRO Box to train with the EMS PANTS, EMS VEST, or their own EMS PRO or HOME Suit?
Answer: Yes, the PRO Box is compatible with these eaglefit EMS products and can be used alternately.

Question: Are the cables laid out so that the suit withstands stretch movements ?
Answer: Yes, the electrodes are connected by a special conductive sewing thread, so you can perform all movements without restriction. Question: Does the suit

hinder me during my exercises?
Answer: No, you are completely free and do not feel the ultra-thin suit during training.

Question: How should I clean?
the suit? Answer: Maximum 30 °C on the gentle wash cycle

Question: in the (supplied) laundry bag, without spinning or – even better – hand wash. I need to stay fit over the winter so I can do a triathlon in the summer. Can I also train my endurance
with this suit? Answer: Yes,

Question: you can specifically train your red skeletal muscle (for endurance) as well as the white skeletal muscle, which is important for maximum strength. You train the slow-twitch red muscle in the range of up to 30 Hz, and the fast-twitch white muscle in the range of 50 to 85 Hz. Contact How is the

the suit? with exercises? Yes, there is adetailed German/English manual and a training poster with exercises. On ourYouTube channel "eaglefit" https://www.youtube.com/user/eaglefit001.

Question: Can I wear the EMS dry suit under sportswear ?
the suit? Yes, for example, it is possible to put on a tracksuit and go jogging (20 minutes of that in the cardio program).

Question: Do I wear anything under the suit during training? Underwear?
Answer: No, you don’t have to wear anything under the suit unless you wear functional underwear for hygiene reasons in a studio where the suit is used by multiple customers.

Question: Is there a limitto how often I can train or how many times I can install the app?
the suit? No, there are no technical limits. You can install the app on your Android smartphone, your iPhone, and your iPad at the same time and use it as often as you like (e.g., for your partner, ...). You should start by training with EMS only once a week, later keeping at least 48 hours between sessions.

Question: My partner/My partner (female) also wants to train. Do I have to buy a complete second system or is there a second suit?
the suit? There is a second suit that you can order via this link: PRO EMS additional suit .

Question: So far, I have trained in an EMS studio . Is training at home comparable and even feasible?
Answer: Yes, you can also do the training at home and it is absolutely comparable. The optional combination with a Sling-Traineris ideal. You can find a good overview here: SlingTrainer

Question: Is the power from the battery enough, or is it better if the device runs on 220 V?
the suit? Since EMS training simulates the low currents of the brain, EMS training (in general) only uses currents up to 300 mAh and very low voltage. These currents can easily be supplied by a very small battery. You simply don’t have to be tethered to a box like a dog leash to do effective EMS training ;)

Question: How long does the Battery battery last and what kind of battery is used?
the suit? The battery of our PRO Box lasts for at least 5 training sessions of 20 minutes each – depending on training intensity. Since we use a 2,000 mAh LiIo battery, you can recharge it without damaging it.

Question: Which frequencies can I select?
the suit? You can freely set the frequency – for example, as a personal trainer – in our individual training menu "Individual" from 1 to 120 Hz . Up to about 30 Hz you mainly stimulate your red muscle fibers (endurance), from about 50 Hz more the white, large muscle fibers (maximum strength). If you want to quickly choose the right setting for you, we have predefined programs "Fitness (muscle building), Relax (similar to a massage after training or very pleasant for tension), FatBurning (your maximum and endurance strength are alternately targeted (*VERY EFFECTIVE!*) and metabolism (building and developing endurance muscles, cellulitecreated. Our system is a clear EMS system and not an EMA system, as we believe the latter can potentially lead to injuries because the muscles are stimulated directly and not— as nature intended— via the nerves. You can also find background information here to read.

Question: Which Can I select the impulse depth for training? You can choose predefined programs (like with the frequency) or freely select an impulse depth of up to
the suit? 400 microseconds in the "Individual" program. The higher this value, the "deeper" the impulse penetrates the muscle (thus also reaching large muscles, such as those in the back or thigh). The smaller the value, the more the current stays near the surface. An impulse depth of 150 microseconds can be very interesting, for example, to optimize skin texture (=> cellulite). How long has

In case of service, we will send you a shipping label so you can send the defective product free of charge to our repair center in southern Germany. After a repair time currently well under a week, you will receive the repaired and tested product back. What do I do if the Suit

Question: does not fit me? Please refer to the size chart?
the suit?  above when choosing the right size. The Suit is stretchable. If you are a few centimeters outside the chart, that’s not a problem. The Suit should fit snugly—but you should still be able to move comfortably. For example, if you have broad shoulders and a very slim waist, order the Suit so it fits in the chest area. We provide corresponding Velcro zipper bands so you can taper the Suit at slightly loose spots. Please test the Suit at first WITH underwear to see if it fits well. If the Suit does not fit at all, you can exchange it free of charge. We cover the shipping costs for both sending and return. What do I do if I

the suit? Du musst den Anzug nicht nach jedem Training waschen, da er aus einem antibakteriellen Material gefertigt wird. Wir haben den Anzug erfolgreich mit over 150 washes in the washing machine tested in hand wash cycle. We assume that the Suit lasts on average 3-4 years depending on how you handle it. To further extend the wash cycles, every new customer receives a free 100ml sample of the antibacterial agent from Provilan.

Question: I come from Switzerland, how can I order here?
the suit? We have a very competent partner in Switzerland near Zurich. Please check as a Swiss customer on the page www.ems-suit.ch.

Question: I am unsure if the still being developed, or would I have to buy a new system for works with my phone. How can I check?
the suit? You can already download and test the app from the respective app store before purchase (download link: Android Apple), or simply search there for "eaglefit EMS System" .

Question: What is the difference between EMS and EMA training and can I choose this setting?
Answer: EMS means Electrical Myo Stimulation (5 to 120 Hz), EMA means Electrical Myo Activation (from 1,000 Hz). In EMS training, the current flows from the electrode through the skin to the nerve and then to the muscle. In EMA training, the current flows from the electrode through the skin directly into the muscle without the nerves detecting it and without the signal having to pass through the neuromuscular junction between nerve and muscle on the way to the muscle. This direct muscle activation can be interesting and at the same time dangerous and is therefore, in our view, not recommended for home use.

Question: Can I also use the Suit for muscle building after rehab , even if my movement is severely limited?
Answer: YES, since with EMS training you can specifically target the muscles WITHOUT stressing the joints, this type of training is ideally suited to support muscle building after surgery or rehab – of course in close consultation with the doctor. Our Suit is a fitness product, not a medical device.

Question: Can EMS be harmful?
the suit? EMS training can be harmful in case of health contraindications such as pacemakers or diabetes mellitus, and training should definitely be avoided in these cases. Also, too high intensity or frequency can be dangerous. With correct use and adherence to eaglefit training instructions, EMS training is safe and achieves maximum training effects.

Question: How often can you do EMS?
the suit? The frequency initially depends on your individual training status. If you have not done EMS training before or have had a long training break, one EMS session per week is recommended for the first 10 weeks. This is to allow the kidneys to get used to a higher CK level in the blood caused by EMS training. After the first 10 weeks, it can be increased to 2 to a maximum of 3 sessions, provided a 48-hour break is observed. The relaxation program can be used daily as it does not involve high intensity.

Question: What are the benefits of an electronic abdominal muscle stimulator?
the suit? An electronic abdominal muscle stimulator can effectively train the abdominal muscles deep down. Especially due to its smaller size, stimulation can be optimally done on the go or during other activities, allowing the muscles to be built and strengthened.

Question: How effective is EMS really?
the suit? Because it simultaneously stimulates many large muscle groups and recruits up to 90% of muscle fibers, EMS training is very effective and reaches the deep muscles better compared to conventional training methods. In a 20-minute EMS session, up to 500 calories can be burned, making EMS ideal for both muscle building and weight loss.

Question: What does EMS do without exercise?
the suit? Basically, EMS impulses alone stimulate the muscles and already provide a training stimulus. The muscles adapt to this stimulus up to a certain threshold. Once this threshold is reached, the training stimulus must be intensified, for example through additional exercises, to continue achieving training effects. Additionally, joints, tendons, and ligaments benefit from pressure and tension loads that only occur during active training.

Question: What do doctors say about EMS training?
the suit? EMS training is used not only in fitness but also in medical therapy to restore muscles after surgeries or injuries without stressing the joints. EMS technology also achieves great success in treating back pain, especially because the impulses penetrate deeply into the stabilizing muscles and provide a training stimulus there.

Question: Can you lose belly fat with EMS?
the suit? To reduce body fat in the belly area, fat loss throughout the entire body is necessary. It is not possible to lose or train off fat from just one targeted area. EMS training can strongly support this process through high energy consumption during training and an increase in muscle mass. Equally important as training is a proper diet to achieve weight loss.

Question: Why is EMS so expensive?
the suit? EMS training technology is based on the latest scientific research and delivers highly efficient training in practice. The price of an EMS system depends on raw material, production, and development costs and can be compared to a 12-month membership at an EMS studio.

As you can see, we have put a lot of thought into this. We listen to you and are here for you if you have any questions, suggestions, or requests.
